Overcrowded with apparel, and shoes. You can barely shop..store is not clean either..Some workers don't have the best customer service as well.

I'm obsessed with this clothing store! They offer the cutest clothes at unbeatable prices. The selection is incredible, ranging from essentials to statement pieces.
The cashier provided excellent customer service, even holding my items behind the register since there were no baskets or carts available.
This store truly has something for everyone: men's, women's, and children's clothing, plus accessories and intimates. Highly recommend!

It's 10:07am the store opens at 10:00am but the doors are locked. I called and was informed that they'll be opening late give them 15mins. I asked was this the norm and was told no just for today. Such an inconvenience I'm traveling from Virginia Beach on Vacation and they can't open on time.

Horrible customer we already knew what we wanted and there was a man standing at the door 740pm not letting anybody in the store. It clearly says 8pm us the closing time not 740pm SMH!!!!

If I can give a 0 star I would. The store manager attitude was so awful and nasty. She came into the store complaining about her personal issues about another job that she works at “BIG LOTS”. Very loud so the whole store would hear her issues. Also, complaining about Rainbow shops and how they don’t care about their employees on holidays. She went on and on to the other employees. Then she said to one customer that “ma’am you can not try on anything in the store”, and the lady left. I continued shopping for my items I wanted and saw this jacket I liked and put it on then went to the mirror and it looked nice on me. Then she walked towards me and said “ you cannot try on anything. I said “ I know the store policy, and I’m purchasing this”. Then she walked away. I purchased my items and spent almost $200.00 in that store. As I’m walking out I told her. Excuse me ma’am you need to have a little patience with customers and people. She said I am patient. I said no you’re not and please don’t assume that everyone is not purchasing anything and just want to try on without buying. I told her because you were having issues you brought them into this store to haul them off onto customers. She went to yelling and screaming disturbing other customers. I told her I was going to call corporate to explain to them about the BAD customer service experience. She said good and when I do please give them her name which is so and so. Then this other customer was walking out said to me don’t argue with her there is no need and she was leaving as well because of her attitude. This is Christmas and everyone wants a nice holiday time. I left and I’m posting this as a beware of the bad service at this store.
