I always frequent this location too take care of my financial needs. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Bobbi, helped me to figure out a concern that the Sahara location, screwed up my account. She was patient and extremely efficient. I will never do business at another location again.

Badgering people at work is very predatory and embarrassing. Perhaps, if you really want your money back you could make interest rates a bit less so they have a chance to pay you back, and have more forgiving payment plans. 460.16% for 14 days?? Insane and awful. I won’t even mention the 30 days. Predatory Loans are evil. These people are in need, so act like you’re helping. Please ?Brenda C. is literally the only reason I didn’t change my mind about getting a loan. She was empathetic and explained everything in such detail, that even I understood what I was doing. Bless her ?️Brittany P. Was so welcoming. It’s intimidating to borrow money as it is, but she made me have no shame.
