We recently hired Re-Bath to convert our bath tub into a walk-in shower, and we couldn’t be happier! Everyone was very nice to work with from the sales representative Jon, who took time to explain all the details to us to our installer, Christian.
From the beginning, Christian was professional, courteous, and highly detailed in his work. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, checking in regularly to make sure everything was to our liking. His attention to detail and care in his work really stood out.
The project was estimated to take 3 to 5 days and was completed right on schedule in 4. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Re-Bath—and especially Christian—for any bathroom remodel!

The shower is pretty and easy to clean. However, when a corner shelf fell off, the local Re-Bath office refused to repair. They ignored my phone calls and sent me directly to voicemail. After a week, B finally called me back; he said they were too busy and will not schedule my repair for a future date. I had to contact the owner. Then they came out the same day and repaired in 15 minutes. If you would like to spend $15,000 on a new shower, I suggest not putting in the corner shelves as they use silicone to sick to the bracket and they may eventually fall off. Also, make sure you have the owner's contact information because otherwise, you will not get any service after the sale. The local staff should be replaced or properly trained in customer service. Thank you to the owner and the repair technician who came out to fix the shelf.

The quality of work is outstanding! The technicians were very considerate of us while doing the job. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I also want to mention that when the first technician had a personal problem and couldn't continue, the manager was pro-active. He rescheduled with another technician to finish install which only caused slight delay. When custom doors arrived, the installation was scheduled for the next day around our schedule. Then the technician, Arturo installed the doors in about an hour by himself. They look great. Highly recommend Re-Bath if you're considering a shower remodel.

This company is scandalous. They took over $13,000 deposit from a disabled, elderly couple and never did the job. They don't return phone calls. They just took the money and ran and left this couple with no shower or functional bathroom! The couple has made multiple attempts to contact ReBath with ZERO response. They contested the charges with the credit card company and after 3 months have still not refunded their money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They take advantage of the elderly and disabled. And then they disappear without a trace! Absolutely disgusting

Bryce and Miguel from Reborn Bath Solutions removed my upstairs bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. What good-natured, hard working guys! They did a super job. The shower is lovely. Reborn charges a fortune, but the quality of materials, excellent workmanship, and lifetime warranty deserve 5 stars.

I am extremely happy with my new shower, I couldn't ask for anything better, The installers did a great job, they were clean and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them for any bathroom project. I love there representative Anthony, he even bought me flowers. The whole process was a good experience.

We went to Lowes to look for a bathroom/shower designer. They told us they work with Rebath. They scheduled a home estimate for us for Monday at 10am. My husband works from home so it made it easier to be available since they ask for both spouses to be present. We planned accordingly, but a quarter to 10 the person called and said she was going to be 1/2 hour late. We sat for 30 minutes doing nothing because my husband had told at work that he had to stop at 10am. When she showed up I asked what happened, she said "nothing, the problem is that I come from far away." Then I said, "Oh, you didn't plan ahead." She probably did not like my comment. So she started the presentation that was supposed to last 90 minutes! We told her to measure the bathroom and give us a price. She started talking bad about the "guy in the truck" the average professional who comes over and works by himself. Then she started talking bad about "do-it-your-self" after my husband said that he was planning to do it himself but didn't have time. She put him down. Then she went in my bathroom to measure the shower and closed the door. I asked her "do you need to use the restroom?" She opened the door and said "No, I need to take measurements", then I said "You know it's only the shower, right?" but she closed the door on my face. She stayed inside my bathroom for a while and that really bothered me because I don't know what she was doing there. After we told her that we did not have too much time to go over her laptop presentation telling us how good the company is, she went in the car and picked up some samples. We picked the samples in 30 seconds because we knew what we wanted. It was only a shower! She put the information in the computer and gave us a price of $18,400.00!!! Only for a shower! She never offered us a veteran discount, but she said that if we changed our minds we can call the company again and mention her name and get a discount. And the reason why we called Rebath was because someone else priced $5,000.00 and we thought it was too much... I should have read the reviews before I allowed this person in my house. Now I don't know what she did in my bathroom when she had the door closed all that time.
