I have been taking my dog to this Vet for a few years. Today my dog is sick and we called Red Rock who was treating him for a digestive issue. They are too busy today to help an existing patient and refused to make time. Time to find another Vet who cares.

We had the best experience with Dr Wolinski. So glad we found her!! We had been going to another vet for 2 years, where our cat had been seen 8 times since August, and we spent over $2k on him. We called Friday AM to get him in to see the vet, he hadn’t eaten in over 3 days and was very weak. The vet refused to see him until Monday and wouldn’t even call me to talk about it, provide options or a referral. We ended up at Red Rock Animal hospital with Dr Wolinski. She was amazing! She read through all of his prior records and blood test results before coming in to the room. She spent lots of time listening to our concerns, thoroughly examined him, took X-rays and gave him fluid and meds. He started eating Fri night. She is amazing and truly cares - we highly recommend her!

Fair pricing, easy to schedule emergency visit, and goes above and beyond to give you important results. My shepsky was vomiting blood for two days. We tried to get a same day appointment with her regular veterinarian at another hospital. They found an appointment, however they wanted to charge me $230 for the visit.Thankfully, Red Rock Hospital was available to see my dog. The visit was only $65. My dog is a rescue and has had a rough life pre-adoption. She's normally extremely anxious in new environments. As soon as we walked into Red Rock Hospital, my dog felt at ease. She must have sensed that the medical and admin staff were friendly and gentle.Dr. Fujikawa asked me detailed questions about my dog's condition and history. She was patient and listened well to my concerns. Dr. Fujikawa was the only veterinarian that showed me my dog's X-rays and explained in detail what I was seeing! And she prescribed a diet of chicken and sweet potatoes/rice. She could have easily sold me specialized can food from their hospital and instead opted for home cooked meals. We paid for blood work, X-rays, stool test, pro-biotic, nausea meds, and hydrating pack. Dr. Fujikawa quoted me an additional X-Ray fee in case her report needed additional expert consultation. Thankfully it was not needed and I paid the lower quoted amount. It turned out that my dog made herself I'll from over stimulation from her recent boarding, road trip, and fireworks (my neighbor's launched fireworks for Oktoberfest). It's been several days now and my dog is back to her loud wild self.

Red Rock Animal Hospital has improved tremendously since the doctors from gentle doctor veterinary have taken over. Dr. Fugicara and Dr. Pribble and Dr. Redding are an amazing set of veterinarians. They are top-of-the-line, very knowledgeable, and the whole staff are absolutely terrific. I highly recommend them all.

I took my dog Lexi there and never had any issues. She's aggressive towards other dogs and when I arrived for my appointments, they would let us wait in my car until the waiting area cleared so we could get her through and straight into a room. I always appreciated that. They always took their time with us and explained everything well. I'm sad we had to move away and leave them.

Use Extreme Caution! This Animal Hospital misrepresented themselves many times when treating my two small dogs. My dog had teeth that were in need of removal however this doctor did not do what was needed for the health of my pet and misdiagnosed the treatment needed. They charge examination fees for your pet even if they're just having shots done, this company is all about the the dollar and does not care about your animals. When I was upset about the fees being charged they tried to force me to pay fees that were not applicable or agreed to. I wouldn't let these doctors at this Animal Hospital clean my toilets at my house they are horrible!

This took me a long time to write, mostly out of embarrassment. Several months ago, I was hiking in the desert and was bitten by a snake. In my delirium and dehydration, I stumbled back to my car and decided I should take myself to a veterinarian (I was severely dehydrated!)I found myself at this office and explained my predicament and asked for services. The young lady at the front, Kaitlynn, was bewildered but gracious. She suggested that I likely didn’t need a vet consult. Rather than send me away, she helped me find the nearest place I could be seen, as I had not brought the snake with me.If you are bitten by a snake, I don’t recommend you go to a veterinarian. It’s silly in retrospect. But if you are going to stumble foolishly into one (I was verrry dehydrated!!), i recommend this office. The customer service was tremendous and I still have full use of my leg. Thank you, Kaitlynn!

First time here. Was a little skeptical because of the reviews but I found out my Shibas former doctor also works here now. Huge shoutout to Dr. Redding, Kaitlynn and Alex for taking care of my Shiba baby! Great service, Alex, Dr. Redding and Kaitlynn made us feel welcomed and ensured we had a good first experience. Will definitely be bringing my puppy back here!

Terrible vets & rude employees! From experience I came here to have my cat taken care of for an abscess from bad teeth. The vet came in and said there was nothing she could do and that it looked like a tumor. I told her it was not a tumor rest a sure that other vets have seen him before the abscess started growing from the infection from his teeth. She refused to listen to anything I said and tried to up charge me on having mouth surgery. I also asked her for antibiotics which she originally was not going to administer! When I called back the next day to ask this vet for next steps for midnights care she refused to call back. She gave me oral antibiotics for the cat and I went to another vet the next day and that other vet gave my cat an Injection of antibiotics which cleared it up completely. Now my cat does not have an abscess at all. Because of their negligence I would not recommend this vet hospital ! Most all the employees are rude and the vets just like to up -charge for services that are not necessary! beware! I am filing a complaint with the veterinary board to let them know about the negligent doctors on staff!

Went into our regular vet, never had a problem before. Customer series is always fgood. This is the first we have had a problem the woman LIZ was rude, wouldn't listen to the personalities of my dogs. Claimed she knew better she was very condescending towards me. Noissues with the tech or the doctor. I did let the doctor know that they where going to loose customers if they kept her.Edit. LIZ call me to talk about her review. I told her the review was about her and I would not discuss the review her, as it was about her.she said 'fine, then I will email your dogs records to you' I told her no and she hung up and she did anyway. I tried to handel this matter through the Manger of the hospital but that did not work. since the new staff has taken over the front rating have gone down. beware of LIZ

Super friendly from receptionist to vet tech to vet! They were so thorough and explained side effects of a particular medicine I was using on my chihuahua and put my mind at ease. Love this place!!!!

Our sweet doggie had a pretty severe seizure today (we are visiting from out of town). These guys got us in within 2 hours of the incident. They listened attentively to what happened, as well as took notes and listen to all his other health conditions. They did an evaluation, got him his medicine, and made helpful suggestions/recommendations. Thank you guys for responding promptly, and with care.I wish our vet back home gave the same level of attentiveness and consideration. Thank you!

I don't like leaving poor reviews but I think this practice has a lot of work to do. First, I consulted them about a problem with my dog's ears and it was dismissed, only to be found by a groomer.Second, I had them chip our cat. I had a sense that something was off in our visit, but I sort of wrote it off as a weird experience. Sadly, my son and I found what we believed to be our same cat passed away on Alta. We were torn apart. I managed to bring him in to another vet to get his chip scanned. They called Red Rock A.H., and Red Rock A.H. said it wasn't him. We knew it was him. But why were we being told different? We just knew it. It was the worst thing to experience being told it wasn't him when grief started to take hold. As it turns out, the other vet was able to confirm that Red Rock Animal Hospital had made an error and got the last 4 digits of his chip # wrong. Minutes later, it was indeed confirmed that it was our cat, Benson who had passed. Some things just can't be done so carelessly. Listen to your patients. Handle their pets, and the nature of your business with care.

Last week we lost our cat unexpectedly to presumed heart failure. It was very sudden and upsetting, he appeared to not be breathing or responsive and I needed to take him somewhere quickly to see if anything could be done. Our usual vet was a 15 min drive away so my husband called Red Rock Animal Hospital as we knew it was closest to our home. They were more than happy to see us quickly even though our cat has never been a patient there. Unfortunately there wasn't anything that could be done for our cat as he was already gone upon arrival, but the kindness displayed by the staff and doctor was something I will never forget. It was a shocking, stressful and chaotic moment, I had my young toddler with me who didn't know what was going on and they allowed my husband and I to come back the next morning to say goodbye to our cat properly. We even received a hand written note of condolences from them in the mail a few days later. I thought the least I could do is write them this review and will also start taking our sweet late cat's feline sister there going forward. Thank you to the staff of Red Rock Animal Hospital for the kindness during a very distressful time.
