Reddy Ice is a company known for providing ice that many customers have trusted for years. Customers appreciate the friendly delivery staff, who are helpful and pleasant. However, some have noticed a change in the ice quality over the past two months; the new ice chips and no longer breaks into powder like before, which has disappointed long-time users. Reddy Ice also supports the community by donating bags of ice and water to homeless people, showing a caring side of the business. Overall, customers value the company's service and kindness, but some wish for the return of the previous ice quality they prefer.
