I absolutely hate this theater !!! This theater has horrible customer service. I went in to purchase 2 tickets. Supervisor messed up the transaction & gave my seats away. There was not another showtime for many hours. There was no apology or anything given. Absolutely no care. I asked for a cash refund & she refused since I paid with card. I don't trust horrible crew members with issuing a refund correctly. Hopefully I get my refund. I will never come to this theater again in my life!!!!!!!!!!

We came to this location to see the new Kung Fu Panda movie... at the check-in I realized that I purchased our online tickets for a different location. The customer service person gladly changed my tickets for that theater, and we didn't have to travel. All good experience. Will come back for sure!

I made plans For date night and I was in a rush to make sure I got the best seats for Tomorrow night. Unfortunately the luxury website doesn’t describe in detail what kind of seating they have..I went on yelp bc I was curious about the cleanliness or any more details and found out I purchased the only 2 seats not connected to each other. It would be weird sharing a reclining love seat with someone who isn’t my date….. I thought I could call to ask if they could move the seat over by 1 and nobody answered. I called at least 6 times and the last time I called it went straight to forwarding and I could literally hear them pick up the phone and pushing buttons. I’m assuming …. to block me? ? I called the boulder station location to see if they could transfer me and they picked up RIGHT away. Unfortunately they couldn’t transfer me. Needless to say I’m getting a refund and you WONT find me there! EVER! Not luxurious enough if someone can’t even pick up the phone. whoever is in and scheduled a shift march 9th 2024 Saturday at 1:00. I just know YOUR job is coming to an end & is going to get replaced by robots :) goodluck !

I wish their bar was a full bar. Can't ever get a one off drink made (for me it's a spicy margarita, they have nothing to add spice like jalapeños or even some hot sauces). The theatre itself is nice but after watching dune 2 there i can tell the audio quality is beginning to fall behind. The dune movies are very audio-centric with an intense overtone. So much that it would drown out the dialogue and made it hard to hear conversations. I'm not sure if the bass is too high or mids too low, but for movies that focus on soundtrack it makes it hard to follow. Not terrible but either needs an update or some sound adjustments. I still enjoy this theatre quite a bit.

This theater is smaller and more cozy than many of the ones in the casinos.It's got a good movie selection.I wish they had a few more personnel working on the weekends, but it's a nice theater

On 12/26/23 between 9:30pm and 10pm My family and I decided to go to Regal Summerlin Luxury since we had never been there before.Really nice theater except one person, which is the concierge employee name Betty. She was extremely rude to my mother who is a senior, My Mom was asking questions about the posters that was at the table which we did end up putting money inside the tip jar for purchase of one. My younger brother was asking her how was her day going ? and she gave off responses as if he was bothering her. The tone of her voice and body language was just pouring out pure evilness and we had never seen this lady prior to that day so we did nothing to deserve that treatment.When it was time for us to go in our movie, we showed her the 5 tickets that we had purchased, instead of her saying what number theater we were in she just told us that it’s next to the men’s restroomOnce our movie let out we hung out in the lounge area for maybe 25 minutes, to the left of us there were 2 or maybe 3 teenage girls who was sitting at a table, They get up to leave and apparently one of the girls didn’t push in her chair which I felt wasn’t intentional… So now here goes Petty Betty she literally pulls her mask from off her face and yells at the young lady “YOU GET BACK HERE AND PUSH YOUR CHAIR BACK IN NOW, PUSH IT IN RIGHT NOW” as if it were a crime for not pushing in a chair that wasn’t far from the table. I couldn’t believe that she was yelling at a customer to where the entire lobby can hear her. I stand up immediately to come to the little girls defense and had to let Betty know that it’s not cool for her to yell at customers and that she really messed up our experience as first time paying customers at that theater. I went over to speak with a manager name Carly who has short pink hair and did a verbal complaint against Betty. I’m not sure how much of a talk Carly had with Betty, but I’ll tell you how far I’m going to go… I will be contacting the District Manager Anthony to report her behavior towards the guest.We have never received service like that at a movie theater and Betty should receive disciplinary action for her actions towards My family and I and also those little teenage girls. We will never go back to Summerlin Luxury or even suggest it because of Betty. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter
