Horrible experience every time I come here to see a movie. The kiosks are broken or glitch. Theirs no one around to help. I don't understand why they put robots replacing people when buying movie tickets. I'm not the only who struggles using movie passes. Then at the customer service desk theirs barely anyone around. I will never understand why you must now take your concerns to concessions. When they have a long line of their own. Terrible decision the owners or whoever made doing this.

Before I got hired here, I came here all the time with my family and for the most part I had a fair experience each time so I decided to apply. The first few weeks of working here was normal but then I started to notice how horrible management was very early on. I’ve honestly never worked in a more toxic environment in my life ( I’ve worked at two century theaters locations before regal ). There was many times I felt singled out, many times i never felt heard. There was one coworker I didn’t get along with, she was very disrespectful and didn’t do her job correctly which lead me to asking one of my managers nicely to not schedule me with her again and he said he would try yet he scheduled me with her a few days later. There is a huge hygiene issue as well, about 5% of the workers there smell horrible and are never given warnings or heads up about their smell, there are also many workers that don’t do their job correctly or well but that was never fixed or talked about because THEY DID NOT CARE. I personally feel like I worked very well at regal and did my job very well, I worked there for over 9 months, I definitely proved myself. MANY people at this establishment feel this way and half of the employees end up quitting or just not caring anymore and getting fired. I got suspended for “attendance” which I feel was very unjustified considering I barely called out, only called out when there was an emergency. I’ve been written up once at my old jobs but most of the time they were VERBAL. I don’t remember ever receiving any sort of verbal warning before being “suspended”. There was a lot of sketchy dirty things going on behind the scenes at this job that should 100% be explored and investigated. I felt very pushed and forced out of there. The senior manager and the GM treated me horribly and talked down to me every chance they got. Most days I’d leave work in tears because I really needed this job for my college tuition but I began questioning if it was ever worth it. I’ve recently started working at a better place where I actually am treated fairly and I actually enjoy what I do.
Therefore, anyone trying to get employed through regal, if you are any sort of MINORITY, if your someone who has communication/social issues or if you have any emergencies that make it so you can’t work, I highly don’t recommend because they will NEVER hear you out.

Ok. Went to see "Coraline" in 3D. Loved it. The casino and hotel, beautiful. The theatre well kept. However. The seating is not recliner in any way. Standard seating. No place for your food just 1 very small cup holder. That's it! If you buy all of this food? Good luck trying to figure it out! It goes on the floor! Or your lap or purse! No place to put anything. We had gone to another theatre some time ago. And it was true reclining seating w even a tray table for your food and cup holder for your drink. I'm going to search that out again for when "Beetlejuice" comes out. Plus there were absolutely no cups or any merchandise for the movie or even for "Beetlejuice" Your everyday theatre cups is all. I didn't even see "Beetlejuice" being advertised any where. No posters. Nothing. Popcorn was just average. I've had better. However the bathrooms were clean but no hand towels. Not sure who is supposed to restock but it was the 1st showing of the day so I'm a bit confused about that. 1 person scanned my phone and told me number 3. I had so much stuff so once I placed my cell phone back in my person after it was scanned for the tickets because I did it online. I asked him just one more time which theatre number again? 3!!! He said. Ok! Take it easy it's not that serious.....??? Plus next time I'll pay at the theatre should I choose to come back which I doubt. I saw no military anything on their website for a discount. However when asked for the same discount for food she told us, no. Only for the tickets if you buy them at the window here. Ok! Lost out on a discount because we paid on line and didn't go to the window and pay instead. So much for that.... ??

Have been here twice and can definitely say won't be coming back. The bathrooms are disgusting. When we went to see Deadpool they had buckets. We go to see Aliens the literally First First screening before the release day and beginning of the day and some how they're sold out of popcorn buckets. They started selling the buckets a week early and then ran out by the time of the actual movie release. As no one in our theatre had one either. Not to mention how are you a luxury resort but you have theatre chairs from before 2009? Red Rock should consider upgrading with a new theatre company. Especially if your IMax is a regular theatre with tickets that 4 dollars extra. Just bad. Especially when I tried to get in contact with a manage for no one to respond. Very professional ?

They have some good movies and snacks. My only issue is the prices on some of the food and tickets. It was overpriced and expensive for one ticket and three snacks. Overall, it's a good movie theatre with expensive snacks.?

Had a great time watching Deadpool. Nice spacious seating area with movable seat's. Very nice clean place and nice clean toilets.

Good theater. Crappy as hell nachos. Well, what else do you expect from a movie theater though. So so bad. Saw a movie in the theater after more than 6 months.

Couldn’t even get the chance to experience the Twister movie in 4DX all because of the sold out shows and now because Deadpool ? and it barely came out a week ago ! This isn’t fair ! Put the movie back in 4DX so more people can enjoy the experience ! It’s almost a 1 in a lifetime thing ! Come onnnnn
