The older male technician is very horrible at doing nails....he have a very nasty attitude and have no patience...he have no customer service skills whatsoever and need to only be there cleaning or answering the phones....he cuts your toenails super short , files unevenly and does a very bad job at painting...I had to ask him over and over to paint missed spots and file my toenails evenly...he got very annoyed and unprofessional.....the other nail techs just looked instead of asking if I wanted someone else to step in and do my nails....I will never come to this salon again...It look like a child cut, filed and painted my toenails...$35 wasted 🧐

I was hesitant about visiting this nail salon since it's located inside a Walmart, and I should have trusted my instincts. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The technicians were not friendly, often distracted by their phones or eating, and the music was blasting. My technician cut my toe cuticles twice, causing them to bleed, yet she didn’t acknowledge it—she just applied something and continued. She rushed through the service, barely pushing back my cuticles. The hand massage was not only fast but also painful; she pulled my fingers so hard that my knuckles cracked, and she barely used any lotion.
The cleanliness of the salon was another major issue. The place was dirty—her smock was stained, her workstation (and all the others) looked filthy, and the towel she had me rest my hands on had crumbs or debris on it.
At the end, I chose not to leave a tip due to the poor service, and the technician gave me a very unhappy look. Overall, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

Not very good job. The male nail tech wasn't very thorough and did a sloppy job. He over flooded the cuticles and didn't even remove the dirt from under my nails. Not to mention the color swatches from the book they use are not very accurate to what comes out. It was only $50 but honestly it was a $30 job. My nails and feet were already rough but I don't know if they are really fit or trained enough for the job. Will not be coming back here. Two stars because at least he tried to fix my issues but honestly it was far from what I really wanted.

Worst place to go. Really questioning if these people are licensed. Got a fill. Polish awful. Shape awful. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lon was really nice I definitely will go back to Lon again I paid 70 and gave her a 10 dollar tip I went in on a Sunday at 3:42pm service was quick not a long wait don't sleep on regal nails inside Walmart on West Charleston they do good work because at first I was scared cause I saw the pictures and reviews I was pleased I'm simple when it comes to nail designs and I don't like my nails long my 16yr old daughter likes my nails so yes definitely stop in

I came here may of 2023. I was the only person because I went early, so the service was fast but the lady was terrible. She didn't do all the things im used to when getting a pedicure. About 2 months later I went for a new pedicure (in houston) and when they took off the shellac, i had black spots under both my big toe nails! It took forever for them to go away... I will NEVER go back here.

I just had the worst experience in my life , the customer service was so bad , I was discriminated about my appearance the lady assumed I couldn’t pay $65 dollars for some really short nails that was gonna be plan with gel I compared her price with another nail place which I was gonna and up staying with regal nail’s because it was more convenient until the nail tech push my hands away and said go to the other person #nailplace which was very rude then said her price is to expensive for me which was a lie I had the whole amount of money . That was very discriminating me , made me feel very uncomfortable so I left . I wouldn’t recommend to go back. I came comfortably dressed. And she judged me based on that which is not cool at all I WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK THERE !! It’s the location on 4505 w. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas nv 89102 and I was just visiting from California no good customer service at all . Then she left the mail size on my pinky finger we’re I’m tryna take it off now

Kevin is awful he kept telling me to relax as he's pulling my hands the way they aren't supposed to go and I told him I have carpool tunnel in both hands he started breathing very irritated ? I told him if it bothers him I need someone else he says no no. Then proceeded to be rough, and when it came to filing my nails he held my fingers so tight, and I told him I didn't like how one nail looks all while sighing heavily like he was irritated and I had acrylic on my fingers and top coat past my cuticles not to mention he charged me 45 for a basic set NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

This time I have come three times, the previous two were very friendly but this last one a despotic woman served me and charged me as if I wasn't going to pay, she acted very racist I don't know if she is the owner but she should change her attitude
