Very disappointing, technician is pre occupied with something watching tv while doing my nails and foot spa, she should do the foot massage before putting the nail polish but no, and my manicure there’s a lot of glue that’s been hardened at the base of my nails, I’m not worried about the 110 aside for the tip charge for my pedi and mani if she done it well. Can’t recommend her. I took video but not allow me to upload it but I can show it to managementif you allow me.

I called and they told me its $35 for full set manicure, the woman ended putting Gel X which was new to me and french manicure which ended up being $86 TF! Next time you should tell the customer that and do a better job. At the end she said its $65 for Gel X and $20 for french tip. I should’ve asked myself, I never get my nails done. Worst experience ever, I got robbed and my skin got filed down 😓 Never Again. She said only old ladies do Acrylics.

This place is Very dirty . Her tools are so filthy ! Her brush is so horrible so dirty . All of them . Even acetone will not clean them! She should have thrown her brushes to the garbage long time ago! .. they are so so old and damaged . Everything this woman using is disgusting.. horrible ! Wonder how come they are still open ?!her desk has not been cleaned for weeks!
I found this place so dirty so unprofessional ! My last time 🙄. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE! 2 ⭐️ is more than they deserve !

This is the worst pedicure me and my mom have been, i wish i could give no stars, they did like nothing to my nails, it wasn’t scraped or clean, and really charges me $35 for it? That’s crazy, then the lady ask my mom if she wants the medicine for the foot for $45 dollar plus the spa pedicure which is $30 but we both said no already at first, but at the end the lady puts a drip on my moms nail and charges extra $45. The total we pay was $120, our nail was still dirty!!! So dissatisfied and disappointed! My gosh never again!!!

Michael was really great. He fixed my friends big toes with all the crud underneath. Brought them back to normal. Beautiful job that no other place could seem to do. Thank you. 😊 And the price is right.

Unprofessional manicurist, I mainly do pedicure, dead skin is not scraped, workmanship is very dirty, you can charge, 45 dollars or even more, but look at your technique, it is not worth the price, you are responsible for not checking? Don't you ask if it feels good? You don't need old customers, you can fool as many as you can. Professionals should evaluate whether such shops should be rectified. How did they get their licenses? They deceive consumers.

Had a pedicure yesterday,the lady who had grey hair was very rough she would slap or hit my leg or feet if I needed to move them she spoke English and could have asked she also scrubbed my toes till they turned red and I had to say ouch no apology and then upon leaving the other girls had to gossip in their language about me when I told them she was rough that is so unprofessional and rude such a lack of common courtesy, I wouldn't go there if you want to be treated with respect

I warned you guys several years ago about this unprofessional racist place. You go to nail salons to be pampered and to treat yourself, so to be cheated out of your hard earned money is ridiculous!!! The staff are all older people that look over worked or under pressure to be there. The owner needs to listen to all of these terrible reviews and stop making people pay before services have been completed!!! There’s never anyone in there due to the rushed horrible service, everything is rushed and half done, they take tools out of their pockets instead of the instruments sterilizer cross contamination from client to client, someone could have AIDS and they use the same files, filing heads , clippers and other instruments that draw blood on each client with no sterilizing!!’
Someone needs to call the health department for unsanitary procedures.

First time here. Lady didn't feel like working made me wait for somebody to come back from brake. All she did was walk around sweep sitting bits of papers. When I went for pedicure it smelt like rotten eggs. This is very uncomfortable to sit through a spa pedicure bathing in sewer. I decided not to spend my money here. When you guys get rid of the sewer issue I will try you out.

If I could give this place 0 stars I’d would. I live really close by, so this is my main Walmart. And when I tell you I love a good Walmart nail shop , I really do. But this is not one of them. So I got my nails done Saturday & they charged me $55 for a gel manicure with a little bit of acrylic & when I went to pay the women was like no tip huh ? (& I am black so idk if she was being racist or what but I felt pressured to tip when I felt they talked about me, made me feel like I was being difficult. When they broke & chipped my natural nails and were really rough with me. My thumb nail chipped not even within 24hrs of my getting and paying for my nails. The gel manicure application was horrible because she did like 3 coats and the second coat didn’t dry bu coat one and three dried. So my nails were weak and gel polished was chipping and being weird . Overall I did not enjoy my experience & I had a good experience with one Walmart nail shop, I went into the hospital and my gel manicure stayed on no chipping for the 2 weeks I was in the hospital. So I would never go here again. This little black gel manicure set while my actual nail tech was out of town, ruined my nails & im actually really sad about how bad and weak my natural nails are now
