I had a great experience thanks to Le! She was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire appointment. Not only was she attentive and thorough, but she also did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I've been coming to this salon for about a year now. About 3 to 3.5 weeks ago i went in and my normal tech wasn't there so I had someone else. Long story short I requested the full set i had on to be removed and another fresh set put on. Last Tuesday I had to go into the salon because underneath the acrylic nail my skin looked as if it were deteriorating. In the 25 years I've been getting my nails done i had never seen this so it alarmed me. Anyhow, as every single acrylic nail was taken off, each one was full of green fungus or my nail beds that had been eaten away while having this full set on just over 2.5 weeks. The manager offered me 50% off of my next service which was mind blowing with all things considered and then the email i found online told me to contact the manager.... i have waited for an owner or even the manager to reach out to me. Even just to see how my disgusting hands are doing from their negligence and filthy tools but nothing so here I am. I will be contacting the cosmetology board and the health department. My nails are breaking mid nail bed and my fingers are in pain. It is absolutely humiliating and disgusting what this nail tech has done to my hands. First photos are day at salon then next set is right now.

I signed in and waited 20+ minutes, and they took the people behind me instead - because I only wanted a gel color change, and they would be spending more money. Shady!
Save yourself the aggravation and visit the other nail salon in the same parking lot. I was in and out in 20 minutes, was treated kindly, and they did a great job.

1st time i went, I HAD a good experience. When I went for fill I had a bad experience. The lady upsold me when I only wanted a fill since a few weeks ago, I had a brand full set. I thought well we all have some days. I decided to forgive them and give it another try. I came today for a fill. At 1st, the lady said she could do a fill. She talked to her coworker in her language, and then all of a sudden, she had an appointment and said she can see me tomorrow. That's the 2nd time they have done that. I am not rude person. If you are not getting "expensive" nails they will not help. This time I felt like a review is needed to warn of "future" customers. If you want great vibes and better service you guys need to go C&V nails & spa 2 which is on rainbow & warm springs! They even offer you water. So please take this as a warning. Go somewhere else. This place don't deserve 1 star.

I keep on coming back to this location because I love how gentle and careful they are in doing my nails. My mom, as well mentioned that she likes their service. They are also friendly. Good job!

Amazing acrylic nails by Timmy! He was very patience with my indecisiveness and took good care of my nails. Lisa also did an outstanding job on waxing my eyebrows. Fast and precise. Love the results!

Dont do eyebrows trading here!!!. (Rainbow &215) This rude lady (not the Asian one, she has black shoulder hair lengh). She didnt care about hygiene. She didnt clean the brush and used it over and over on 3 different customers. I was horrified!!! 05/09/2019.

Definitely avoid this place for nail service. The lady manager (seated at the 1st chair on the corner right side where the register is) and an older woman who does nails have very poor customer service, rude & unprofessional. They will give you the look & will constantly speak their language in front of customers & you know its about you. 1 star for the eyebrow ladies who does a pretty good job.
