I tried to call and ask pricing and make an apt the lady got mad and hung up on me! No wonder why they have no business. I was just trying to g to get in quickly before my vacation. I rather go pay my normal high prices. You definitely get what you pay for!! Sad thing when I called back the man answered and said don’t call wrong number and hung up me! Wow! Horrible customer service service!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get acrylic nails and the man was VERY ROUGH with the filing, he did NOT disinfect my nails. I got overcharged for the service, was supposed to pay $35, ended up paying $55. and he was EXTREMELY rude and racist. Asked for shorter nails and he got angry and insulted me and my mother. Disgusting working conditions and very unsanitary. My acrylics also look a week overgrown and I just had them done last night. I want my money back. I advise anyone to AVOID THIS SALON at all costs. The acrylic is bumpy, polish is missing in some areas and was very rushed as well. Very uneven nail shape, and they just look terrible.

Nail stylists are nice but don't recommend this place. I got gel nails only lasted a week or 2 the most. Another nail salon by my home lasts me over a month. Not the best nail job for the price you pay. Save money and go elsewhere.

My 1st time was good experience she charged me $77 I gave $20 tip2nd time I did the same $77 $20 tip after 1week my gel polish shipped3rd time even having appointment I was late because of traffic she called me told her I will be in 3minutes came have to wait she took somebody been waiting more than 15minutes then the guy said I do your pedicure no polish just cut and cleanThen the lady did my gel manicure I told her and showed her what happened from last time she billed me payed same price $77 tip $20 2 days later nails chippedI gave a chance for sure it’s my last timeI was wonder why it was no customers every times I was thereI was going to another regal Walmart salon my lady went on vacation to Vietnam for 6 months it’s why I went to the one on Fort Apache

Very bad manicure and pedicure. He hurt me, my finger bled, he had nothing to disinfect,it or to stop the bleeding everything was very bad. Don't go there. He wanted me to pay before putting the nail polish because I was unhappy. I would never leave without paying. He offended me. I also wanted a full French Pedicure for my toenails The operator said that he did not have the color nail polish requested, the common Nude color, and he said that I should have told him at the beginning that I wanted the Nude nail polish although I told him that at the beginning and before he had removed my old polish. He didn't use use nail polish remover, but used a motorized file remover and left my nails soft and uneven. He ruined my nails and I am very angry ofender and dissatisfied !Services: Pedicure

I just had a horrible experience with Tom at Regal Nails. I made an appointment when I walked in he asked if I had an appointment I said yes. Then he asked me what color I wanted I showed him the design French manicure and he said I will do one nail and let me know. So he did the one nail. It was crooked so i showed to him and he said i can't do your nails. And i couldn't believe what he said to me...so I said that's fine as I will not pay him to treat me bad. He said that's fine...it's okay. Wow...unbelievable!!! I will never ever go back nor recommend him to anyone. I felt like because I was black he didn't want to Service me. Never ever ever will I go back!!!!!!!!!!

got my nails done 2 days ago and all the corners and half of the acrylic on my thumb have all lifted. I let the woman know I don't have the car till Saturday because me and my husband share one currently and I'm not trying to spend 25 for an Uber.I could send pics or FaceTime so she can see first hand but said nothing can be done unless I go today. I liked the service initially just want the mishap fixed.Service: Acrylic nails
