I really like this place! I’m a local chiropractor and I’ve been sending patients to Relax the Back for the last 12 or so years and I can’t say I’ve ever had any negative feedback. They’ve always had a really friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained staff. Their products are all really good quality that tend to have a longer lifespan than other comparable products I’ve tried. I recently got the technogel anatomic pillow and am so far really happy with it. The staff had me lay down and try different pillows not just to see what felt best but they also analyzed my alignment to find the best pillow for me. I highly recommend Relax the back

I had a very positive experience at the store. Chris was very helpful in letting me try the products and then explaining what they could do for me. He took an abundance of time which I greatly appreciated As a result of his explaining his products, I decided to purchase a massage chair. I look forward to using relax back in the future.

I bought two temper pillows from your website and spent over $300. They were extra firm and too tall. I wrote customer service to exchange them for a softer model. I never heard back so I drove 45 minutes to the store. I was told all sales are final and I had to buy a different type for another $150, since you no longer make a soft version of the neck pillow. I ended up with the cooling gel lab pillow. After a week, it didn't support my neck and my back started slipping out, one vertebrae at a time. I've been to my chiropractor three times in the past week trying to fix my back since you were unwilling to help me. I bought a $20.00 Sandwich neck pillow from Amazon after spending $450 with you for products that are worthless to me, and I am extremely happy with my new $20.00 pillow. I will NEVER shop at Relax The Back again. You have lost my business and many people know what happened to me. You might want to rethink your return and exchange policy. Amazon gives 90 days!

Excellent customer service! The young man in the store has incredible product knowledge. He made recommendations to me of items to purchase that have helped me tremendously. I look forward to going back in the store and talking with him more and getting more products for my office. I highly recommend him and this store in Summerlin.

I drove all the way down from Utah to find something that would help my lower back. The staff was courteous and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I left with exactly what I needed and it was well worth the trip. Thank you!

I've got a few products from this place and absolutely love it. I injured my back a couple months back and I'm back to almost 100% after using the zero gravity recliner everyday. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful thank you so much relax the back!

Wide variety of back and posture torture devices, I mean aides. But only if that works for you. Some of us suffer more from these supposed fixes, but that's not on them and they generally really do aim to help

They agreed to bring my furniture order on 6/13/23 I asked for an extra day at work and it turns out that they call me to change the date on 6/17/23 they are irresponsible
