My unit along with a few others got flooded when the sprinkler pipe burst. We didn't get notified until four days later. Mold was already starting to grow on the back wall. I had to throw away wet packing boxes and a lot of my belongings in them. The insurance, that we are obligated to buy when renting a storage unit, didn't pay for damages. Said that it wasn't a covered issue. Then a few weeks later someone broke into some units, no security there. The thieves couldn't cut the locks, but they cut through the thin metal locking mechanism this company has installed on the metal doors.

Did my reservation online. When I got to the facility, they knew exactly who I was why I was there. Very knowledgeable on the storage facilities. Very friendly.

1st impressions are usually indicative of the type of services you can expect from any vendor. The “office” space is very clean & well maintained. The rep. Ms. Leora was extremely PROFESSIONAL which is a skill that’s lacking during my encounters with employees everywhere. Good customer service is on a steady decline but it’s clearly evident it’s a MUST here. She was very thorough in covering every aspect of our rental ie; insurance, payments, hours of operation, rates & cancellation policy. Just as important was the storage unit & it was very clean.Unfortunately, they no longer offer moving trucks & our experience with the off site U-Haul Co. was the worst part of our move.I highly recommend this facility & their prices are very reasonable.Thanks again Ms. Leora YOU made it a pleasure doing business with RIGHT SPACE STORAGE.
