Tiny place tucked inside the casino. Not much to offer and prices too expensive. Quality was what is expected of this chain. Just disappointing overall and I will avoid this location and this chain in general forever.

Payed $53 for 5 apples and the apples were mealy. When cutting them, the middles were rotten. 4 out of 5 apples were inedible. Bought them yesterday at the Fremont location and refrigerated them until we just cut into them.

So we planed to arrive in Vegas and immediately go to Rocky Mountain for their candy apples. Not. We were greeted with a sign of hat said they would open at 4 pm.We returned and they still hadn't opened.Situated in a casino, you would think they could maintain a staff. We will try again later.

Honestly, I'm quite bummed they don't have the s'mores apple. I waited 10-15mins after the sign said they open at 12pm. The lady noticed me and kindly opened the gate. I asked if I could order the s'mores apple as I didn't see it in any of the display cases and she replied that they don't make it. I was so confused because I would always purchase 2-4 apples in 2014, 2017, and 2021. But she said they don't make it because the marshmallows don't last and would harden fast and she's been working there the past 10 years.. So..if you're interested in trying any other flavors they may have, they're located in the Freemont hotel, but hidden.

We ordered 3 different chocolate bars with nuts and one fudge with nuts. The fudge was excellent but the 3 chocolate bars tasted old and rancid. We took one bite and threw the rest in the garbage. Ethel M and See's Candies with get my business from now on. Apparently there making the product long before it sells. Definitely was not fresh.

No flavor and no variety in the ice cream. No sorbets to choose from. Sub par. Place it buried in casino, Dunkin' is just next door and probably gets more service. Sad.

Only if you want hair in your food! and the management did absolutely nothing when we brought it to their attention. Neither did corporate.

Standard place for this chain but a bit small and with Vegas overcharging. Staff was nice, though, and quality was what to expect from Rocky Mountain.
