They no longer have a separarte return line. They make you wait in the long line with everyone else. You are lucky if they have 2 cashiers at the same time. They see a long line and supervisors don’t step in and help the cashiers to get people out of the store.

They are more security working than they have cashiers. I walked out because I could buy a rug at any Ross. It's not worth waiting in a line wrapped thru the store.

Don't like waiting to get in. Store not busy after opening on weekday. I understand crowd control, but when Ross only has 5 customers, I think waiting outside to go in is hurting because they are limiting shopper's.

We shop here quite often since it's the closest. Went searching for maternity winter clothes for my niece. Found none. Not even a section. Also went looking for just baby bottoms for 3-6 months. All pants came with a shirt or was included in an outfit. We did find some wonderful jackets with hello kitty and spiderman. I found a really cute stitch sweater and super mario bros pajamas.
They also do a security check at the entrance. Carts cannot leave the store. And there is a receipt check before you leave. The security staff today was nice and courteous.

Not enough inventory in all departments. Very disappointing. Can't find a blouse or a winter sweater , go in every week still no inventory.

Nope. This thrift store will not check my bag after I just paid for my stuff. I been coming here for years. I'm sorry that people keep stealing. But that has nothing to do with me..I will not show my Receipt or my bag on my way out.

This was our go to Ross store back then. Everything in store has a lot of nice stuff. But I don't appreciate the entrance where they stop you at the stanchion and tell you about their monitoring and such. Give it a break already! Anyway, this Ross store is good.
