Horrible customer service. Cashier walks away while I'm in line. No 1 greets to say I can help you here I proceed to 2 a line where Cashier is present. She tells me oh she can help you over there. Go back to original Cashier that walked away. They talk addressed my dog with more respect. Answers the phone and proceeds to describe me. I ask are you talk about me we don't play that shit I've and work pay taxes so I don't have to steal. She say oh no I might just return all 150 dollars worth of crap i just bought. Do better

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! My wife and I stopped by this Ross on our way home from work to get a few things, we go to the register to pay, mind you were the only people in line and there's only one register open. As we go to leave the store the young man with the loss prevention vest on steps infront of my wife with his hand out and she confusingly gives him the receipt because he said absolutely nothing, pretend to check our bags because he was watching us the whole time. My wife takes her receipt and chuckled because of the confusion and the young man proceeded to call us out of our name as we are walking out of the store and laughs. We call the store manager (Tania) and surprisingly the young man (Makel) answers the phone and hangs up in our face finally after the second call we were able to talk to the manager she was polite but said she would only talk to the young man. Im sorry but I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ROSS !! Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Went in last evening around 7. Only one door to go in and out of, which is smart on their part, was the exit door by the registers. Store wasn’t busy but selection wasn’t great. Went to check out cashier yelled next in line, I was the only one in line. Went to the register 2 feet from the door with two security standing right there.
Cashier didn’t speak to me once until she plopped my bag down and said show your receipt at the door and turned away. She didn’t even hand me my receipt I had to take it off the machine myself.
Pivoted my body toward the 2 security guards one got out his highlighter and asked me to open my bag. Why? They were standing right there I had nothing else on me and no time to sneak anything into the bag felt like I was being treated like I was trying to shoplift.
I can understand if I came from another part of the store and was trying to leave but I had been within 2 feet of them they should have just said your good and let me go out.
The cashier also needs to work on her customer service skills made me feel like I was annoying her by purchasing things.
Won’t be back.

Had 1 cashier and 3 security and a line with 10 people. Called the store manager while standing in line saying help w/cashiering was needed. Nobody came. Apparently everyone was on break. The manager should have jumped on a register and helped out.

Having a terrible experience at this store, which keeps the fitting rooms closed and provides two makeshift rooms for everyone to use, men and women! Over an hour waiting to try on clothes

Do not come to this location. They have closed the fitting rooms. Only 2 fitting rooms open, they are not enforcing the 5 items at a time policy stated. Ridiculous waiting time

A lady who works here just rudely pointed her finger at me and raised her voice to get my daughter off the side of my cart “for safety”. Granted, I don’t think she cared about her safety with that attitude. You never raise your voice and point your finger at a customer, Karen. She belongs in the back of house.

It’s doesn’t matter which Ross, take your pick & there will be an excuse as to why the bathroom is closed. The bathrooms don’t open until 10 or 11am eventhough the store opens hours prior. The bathrooms can’t be used after 7:30 even though they don’t close until 10 pm. Other times, they’re just closed. It’s complete laziness of employees not wanting to clean & stock. I have had to leave my cart & walk to another store to use the restroom. If it continues, I will be done with Ross.

Cashier by the name Elia was very rude and didn't know how to process my returns saying I couldn't get my full credit even with receipt. She claimed i couldn't return multiple items with separate receipts and hesitated even when 3 other associates said it can be done. She seemed bothered since I had several returns with different receipts. When everything was put on a voucher she said I have to get in line again to pay for the items I was purchasing because she had to close the register to clock out. Horrible customer service. 3/11/24
