You have a loss and prevention person standing 3 feet next to the register and sees me buying one shirt that's been put in a bag by the cashier. And than still asking me for a receipt and demanding to look into the bag. SAD and it makes me feel unwelcome. I'll go elsewhere.

Always clean but never any good finds always like bare bones stocked in here. And always needing new cashiers for the turn over rate seems bad. But it makes sense a lot of customers give the store a negative atmosphere here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!
The cashiers rip the tags off the items you’re purchasing when you’re not looking to make them non returnable.
This is the store I live by but if I have to go to Ross, I drive to a different one.

The store has decent selections from well brand names to lesser known ones, but they have everything for anyone.
The only aspect I didn't understand is the store hours posted both at the door and online. Friday closing time is at 10 pm, but an employee announced all customers to bring their merchandise to checkout since they were closing in 15 minutes. The time was 8:45 pm. I asked the store employee at checkout if the hours changed. She replied, "No, store closes at 10 pm". When I told her about the public announcement, she was wondering why so many people were lined up all at once.

Ross has some of the best prices on clothing and shoes. Every time I go to the shoe department, there are dozens of shoes on the floor. It is the type of people that shop there. Adults, teach your children to put things back where they got things from.

Located on the southwest corner of Bruce Woodbury Beltway and N. Decatur Blvd, Ross is located in a busy strip mall next to Hobby Lobby and Target. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the store. The lighting at night could be better but use caution when walking to and from the store. The Ross is like many of other similar stores across the country. There are good selections, and it is great to find decent bargains. I like coming here for shoes because they are affordable and they do have name brands. It is hit or miss during the week so you have to come often to get what you may specifically need. The staff are overall friendly and helpful. I come here occasionally and it is worth the trip. You'll find all kinds of deals.
