  This was my 3rd time shopping at this location...twice with my boyfriend and once with my 80 yr old mom. And every time loss prevention has to have a reason to keep an eye on us while shopping and follow us out the door to see the licence plate on my car to look up my information? Even after spending over $100 each visit. Is it because my boyfriend is bald & tatted all over or me mistaken as trans? My last time spending my hard earned money at Ross stores...I'm sticking to online shopping from now on!!!!

  I visited Ross Dress for Less at Arroyo Crossing to purchase an immediate gift for a visiting family member from the Philippines during a brief stop in Las Vegas around 9:45 pm, close to their listed closing time of 10 pm according to Yelp. While browsing purses, I selected a Coach bag priced at $189. We sought assistance from security, who informed us that only the manager had access to the item. After waiting nearly an hour, we asked the cashier to contact the manager again. Notably, the cashier, who is a person of color, ensured her voice was heard throughout the store.
  
  In response, she curtly stated, "We already called her; if you cannot wait, you are free to leave," which I found disappointing in terms of customer service. This led to a contentious exchange where she became argumentative. While I understand Ross Dress for Less may not offer high-end customer service, no customer should be told to leave. I conveyed my concerns to the manager, who seemed apprehensive about addressing the situation with her staff. Despite her repeated apologies during checkout, citing insufficient staffing as the reason for the delay, the experience fell short of expectations.
  
  Given the opportunity, I would have preferred to shop at a Coach store if time had permitted.

  Im not happy with the manager with this location, i have a dress from different store that dont have tag when i bought it, the other store scan a same dress with a different color, and she said i cant return it here cause i bought it from different store,. So every store have different roles,. She just walk away to me. So rude

  stuff all over the floor.Nobody puts anything away.My 80 yr old mom almost tripped and fell.If she did I would sue you.Clean your store for heavens sake.

  Went here last sunday . WOW! They need more employees . It looks like a tornado hit this place. I can't even want on some of the isles because everything was in the way. I hope nobody slips and fall. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

  Literally JUST walked out this store. Woman at the self check out wouldn’t let me self check out because I had 1 item too many at the 8 items or less self check. I notice they had an extra eye on me at the make up isle too. MEANWHILE some LOSER JUST walked out in front of everyone with a large suitcase and NOBODY DID NOTHING! Wow.
  Their excuse was “we can’t do anything” but you can your eye on the wrong person who actually purchasing all my items while you watch the person “you wouldn’t expect” to walk right passed you stealing a suitcase, something you can’t hide, right in front of you. Yall need to do better

  All I can say is wow. The selection they had was incredible not to mention the friendly staff they have on duty I had a lovely conversation with an employee named Maryam and she was just wonderful to say the least she recommended so many products to me and I couldn't be more happier will definitely recommend coming to this store it has such a positive energy inside.

  I don't typically use reviews online but I had to crave in as I had an amazing experience here today where two lovely employees Maryam and Rose assisted me today in my shopping and made it a very easy and wonderful process thanks to them they made my day and even complimented me on my looks. I will 100% recommend anyone to come here and shop i will be returning here more often to shop in the future.

  An incredibly good place. You can stay there for hours. Everything from baby items to cheap. Good quality. Cosmetic. souvenir. We have everything. It's my favorite place. A souvenir, a bag. I buy shoes etc. Many times.

  So there's a LARGE amount of people I COMPLETELY agree with about this location and their reviews on how bad customer service is. Me and my family have been shopping at Ross for 20+ years. I have NEVER experienced such a HORRIBLE manager (Tasha) and cashier (Lawshanda) than the one at this place. LaShawnda has a nasty rebuttal to every question and statement that we had. She was wrapping our statues half way where they could easily break. It was getting too far and I couldn't take the rudeness anymore. I walked up to the manager (Tasha) and complained. I told her the situation and Lawshanda kept trying to fight with me verbally instead of putting my parents stuff together by scanning and bagging them correctly. Lawshanda was also using curse words and very loudly. Tasha brought her over and I heard her say "just act like I'm talking to you about this." My family and I heard her and brought it to her attention. The manager started having an attitude with us too. It was just one of the WORST experience I've ever had at Ross. If you want peace and happiness from the things you found from their wide variety of good stuff then STAY AWAY from this one! You'll hate the nastiness.
