They stand and watch the cashier check you out and then before you’re allowed to leave they force to check your bag and receipt. Very uncomfortable to be treated this way.

I'd give negative stars if I could The heavy set white lady when you first walk in and leave is very rude I believe she's loss prevention spent $88.00 and when leaving she searches through my bags and looks at my recipe then grunt's and doesn't even say Thanks for shopping with us let alone when me and my wife first got there didn't say welcome to Ross but says it to the next four customers very unprofessional definitely will never do there again we usually go to the Ross on Decatur and 215 the staff there is amazing

As typical, they’ve got eight employees in the storeThey are chatting with each other doing side project but nobody except for one girl is helping customers and that one same girl is greeting the customers because the other ones are too busy talking to each other. It’s pathetic so you spend 45 minutes in the store picking out what you want and then 45 minutes waiting in line well, not me. No I’m not doing it again. I left my items and walked out because they don’t deserve my business nor do they deserve your business, that’s how you get them to stop. You have got to get them to stop chatting and being irresponsible. Stop shopping at this Ross.

This location has an OK selection. You have to catch them during when they are restocking as the good stuff goes quickly. Prices are what you would expect for Ross so thats a good thing. They sometimes have fragrances that would be a lot more expensive elsewhere for half the price.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of shoes today on May 14th and the employees working from 6-7pm were GREAT. I wish I had got their names. They went above and beyond to help me find a product that works for me. Ross should give them a raise! I now know that for all future shoe purchases I am in great hands with Ross!
