Great customer service! Awesome assortment of lingerie, jewelry t-shirts and "enhancement" products. Nice to shop for special items in a boutique atmosphere and not an adult store.

My experience with the service here was bad. I came to this store to buy my niece a souvenir and my cousin a gift. I asked for one of my items to be charged to my room because I had credit and the sales rep made up a lame excuse of why she couldn’t. I called the stores manager and explained my experience to her she told me she would talk to the rep and give me a call back. I waited around at the store for over 15 minutes. The manager never called me back and it’s been a whole day later. I feel that both the manager nor the sales rep cared enough about my service to follow through, therefore I will not be returning back there.

Really nice store, a lot of variety. It looks like a lingerie store but it has all kinds of gadgets and not a large section in lingerie (that's what I expected at first based off the display). Too pop and out there for my personal modest taste but they have really cool stuff. It's fun to have a different type of store like this inside the casino. It's pricey but that's expected in a casino.
