Deer Park location is the worst to go to to shop. Manager Candice was rude as I walked in didn't greet me at all. Followed me throughout the store like if I were going to steal something. I went to try on things in fitting rooms she had an associate stand by the fitting room like if I were going to steal anything. Before I left i did say this is how you treat your customers, you stereotype them she just looked at me and I stormed off. Never again

First time coming to this store had to do some Xmas shopping, the store was cleaned and organized, but I wasn't greeted at all when in the store or told about any of the sales that were going on. All the staff was in the back, i guess. I just think they need to work on better customer service. I did find some nice t shirts for the bf. Hopefully they will do better next time.

Hello, when I was paying for this the cashier asked if I had a member # with Rue. I told her no and she then reached over to the card machine on my side, covered the screen with her hand and was punching in numbers. A name popped up on the screen for "Remy Babe". I asked her why there was a random name on my receipt and she said she has to put that to bypass the screen. I've shopped at Rue 21 before and never before have they had to do that. I'm not sure if this is her member # or a friends, but I don't think it's okay for her to enter a member number that doesn't belong to the actual customer or to not even offer to sign up to be a member. The member ID that showed up is 349869763.
