I made a mistake signing up for there rue 21 rewards credit card.I thought I was just signing up to receive emails updates from rue 21.Feel like the cashier didn't do a better job explaining about the details.First time I shopped in a store that does this program.I tried to ask help from the cashier to cancel the card but it wasn't much of a help.Now am confused and worried on how I pay this bill.Cashiers mislead customers to sign up for credit cards.This ruined my whole night didn't even want to shop anymore.

Assoc # 422621 is signing people for credit cards! She said “would you like $10 just text this #” as doing I realized she was TRYING to sign me up for a credit card without telling me. She should say “hey would you like to sign up for a credit card to save $10” INSTEAD

The clothes were cute but no plus sizes and thw workers were extremely rude. They had me change outside. I didnt get anything. Everything was too small. I hated this store. It was also extremely messy!!! I would give it a 0 rating.

So disappointed in the customer service here, managers are NOT friendly at ALL and are not very helpful. Store was messy and unorganized, I couldn’t find anything I needed. I asked for help and it seemed like I inconvenienced them. I would rather spend my money somewhere else.
