We had issues with a rental day cab we received from another location. These guys took care of the issue immediately & swapped out the truck. No down time and no attitude!!! If you need a truck, the people @ this location are the best!!!

I just purchased tractor. I'm here at shop#1636 to pick up my unit , I was greeted by person name Allen.I don't want say gentleman because that title belong to someone who deserves it.Totally unprofessional. Started talking to me like I'm some kind of kid .I'm customer here . I'm not asking for respect just comon courtesy. Looks like he doesn't like his job.Totally unprofessional

Showed up with a inverter problem, turns out it was fried. Told the guy I could come back thru after loading in CAli if he could get the part within a day or two. Called back later that day and they already had the new inverter in. I Showed up next morning and was out with a new inverter installed 2.5 hrs total. Thank you

They were very professional and fast with work. The lady behind the counter got me in very swiftly and had our light issue corrected within an hour. The service tech, Bronson, was very good and showed me exactly what he did to fix the problem with our lights. He put us a brand new light in and changed our wiring out in record time! We were on the road again and rolling with no issues.

I loved the service!!! Mike did an instant job and fixed the truck real fast! Thank you Ryder and Mike! Especially the guys who towed the truck with my trailer at deep night 2-3 am. He came towed it to the closest ryder shop real fast. Nice and neat job guys! Examplary cooperation! Thank you so much

Made an appointment on a Monday for truck to be serviced on Thursday-Tuesday. Gave them 5+days for oil change and other recommended services. Scheduled my hometime around my truck being serviced. Called back 5 days later for update on service. They didn't even touch the truck. Service manager says she was on vacation so it wasn't her fault. Extremely unprofessional. 1/10. Do not recommend
