They did all they could do except to call every junk yard in the country to find the driver side window for a 1995 GMC Verdura 300 Extended van. I called a few I knew around Phoenix, Arizona and I couldn’t find one either.

Olivia at the front desk of this shop deserves a raise! While waiting for my car to be completed, I witnessed her show such amazing care and patience to an elderly gentlemen who was trying to figure out if his insurance was going to cover. After that was figured out, she was dealing with a rather rude customer and maintained her composure the whole time while this upset customer was clearly taking out her frustration on the wrong person. In my short hour and a half at the shop, I witnessed just how much of an asset you guys have in Olivia and I hope she is getting the recognition from the company as well.Also, Jacob was the tech who replaced my windshield and he did an amazing job! Very efficient, made sure I was pleased with the job before I left and was very nice!Overall 10/10 service - would recommend!

It was hard to figure out how to talk to someone to make an appointment, but once you got connected to a human, it was very easy to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly, and the replacement of my front windshield was done fairly quickly and professionally. There is a park right around the corner, so I waited at the park with my pup there. Hopefully, I will not need to go there again, but if I do, I would definitely be a repeat customer

Very frustrating experience. You can NOT speak to a live person and the automated system is terrible. We had to visit an actual location to determine if we needed a repair or a replacement and was quoted a price. We returned the next day to get the installation taken care of... only to discover they had the wrong windshield. They re-scheduled a mobile installation for us, but the price almost doubled from the original quote and we were never told there was a price difference (we only discovered the price difference on the website under order details). Since you can not speak to anyone, you are forced to accept the adjusted price or cancel the appointment. We canceled the appointment and found a much better price for the same service and parts from a highly rated competitor. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

If you get Emmanuel as a Technician, immediately for someone else to be assigned to you. I set up an appointment with Safelite for between the hours of 8am-12pm. I put all my personal stuff on hold, so that I could be available for this appointment. Emmanuel didn't show up, didn't even call to say he was going to be late or check in. I had to call Safelite and ask where he was because it was after 12pm and the person told me he was running behind. Horrible customer service and NOT reliable. They asked me if I wanted him to still come to my house. I don't want an incompetent person working on my car.

Opted for another place. Literally on the phone and impossible to get ahold of people. Almost a $500 job but can’t be bothered to pickup the phone.

Showed up to the appointment early. They took the car in anyway...there was a brief explanation on what was to be done and I waited Ted in the waiting room.I was informed throughout the process and 1 1/2 hours later, the windshield replacement was done. Another 20 minutes to calibrate the sensors and cameras. Paid my bill, I was briefed on precautions after the service. And I was out and down the road.

Called me to let me know they had a early spot. Couldn't take advantage of it though. Service was excellent. The time was very minimal for waiting. Windshield is excellently installed. TV, drinks and some snacks while you wait. Thanks

I was pretty upset after a big pebble hit my windshield while driving through Salt Lake City a few months ago, and even more upset when my DIY repair kit didn't work and it cracked all the way across. Honestly, I thought a new windshield was going to cost me a fortune, so I was thrilled to find that with Safelite, I was wrong! My insurance covered the whole thing, so I only had to pay my deductible. Even if they hadn't, I believe it only would have been around $350. Unfortunately, I did have to wait quite a while to get my service done. They can come to you, but, of course, it was raining everyday when I had booked and I don't have a garage, so my original booking ended up getting cancelled. I rebooked to bring my car into their shop instead, but had to book over 2 weeks in advance to get a Saturday spot. The day of my appointment went really smoothly. It only took about 75 minutes, and it was no problem to wait in their waiting area. It's a pretty standard mechanic shop waiting area - nothing fancy, but perfectly comfortable.
