After reading poor reviews at multiple Sally’s locations, my expectations were pretty low on customer service. However, we were greeted by very pleasant employee who immediately asked us if we needed any help.

So I now reached out to many other stores (looking for 1 simple product), the staff this time around was kind and Most Of All honest.. the product is out of stock and has been for 2 months, not sure when it'll come in... thank you for the honesty and politeness!! Means alot ??
