Best Sally Beauty experience to date! I shop Sally Beauty from Florida to California & in between.Well stocked, clean & orderly. The associate Rachael was most helpful with all my questions. Her attitude was wonderful & she was truly in the spirit helping all while upselling. Everyone wasgreeted with a smile, handled with knowledgeable professionalism & left with more than they came for! And not just in their shopping bag...they left with a smile on their face! GREAT JOB Rachael!

Purchased a wahl cordles magic clipper and broke after 1 week only doing a single hair cut. Called Sallys and they literally didn’t care at all, wouldn’t replace or exchange even though they sold me a faulty product. Turns out the motherboard went within that week…. Safe to say I am no longer a Sallys customer and now go to the Barber depot, who fixed the defective product I was sold by Sallys and the prices are better there too. Sallys customer service line literally did not give two shiz about me, just my money. STAY AWAY from this company people. You’ve been warned

As soon as I walked in, i was greeted by the girls at the counter and asked if i needed any help. I didn't think i needed any help so i just kept looking on my own. About a week ago, i started noticing dandruff and i got so scared, but also, the weather is changing and my skin and scalp had always been very sensitive that i wasn't worried. also, i have psoriasis which makes my life a little more complicated but i knew this wasn't psoriasis so, i just wanted to fix the problem, but i was scared to buy just any drug store shampoo. So, i was initially going to Ulta for that, but i saw Sally and decided to check it out. Well, I'm happy i did because the lady there helped me find the perfect shampoo and its gone now!! But i loved the ion shampoo for my hair. I wish I asked her name, but she speaks Spanish and heard me and my mother speaking Spanish that she decided to ask if we needed any help again, and i was happy because i was a little shy to ask... Lol. But she was so sweet and help me decide what to get. I love that they have an special right now 4 products for $20 , only certain items tho. But, the shampoo that i got was part of that special and i ended up buying four of them, just in case it decides to come visit me again, lol... The girls were friendly and attentive and definitely knowledgeable, she knew what she was selling me, and it worked for me, so i know where to come back!!

I just read a bad review and decided to go anyway. Never again. If you read a bad review and still go here that's on you. Tanya the cashier is a rude and disrespectful person who should take time away from work to get the help she needs. She sparked up an argument with me because a woman with no badge on just plain clothes on was following me around the store. She decides continue the discriminatory treatment and I have it on camera. I will be reporting this to corporate and I will not rest until Tanya is exposed for being the racist bigot she is.

Please take your business to another Sally beauty where the service will be friendly. Made a purchase and attempted a return and was watched by the supervisor as she danced behind the cash register not helping any guests. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do anything for me and suggested I go to another Sally Beauty, which I did and was met with helpful employees.

0 stars if I could!!! Didn't have my mask on right away as I entered the store & employee raised her voice at me second I walked in the door! Horrible customer service!!!! Maybe ask your customers in a nice polite way. Will just get my hair supplies somewhere else until you stop being mask Nazis

Ashley greeted me as I walked in, and was very professional and friendly for the entire visit. She even educated me on the different pomade products I was looking for. Excellent service.

The customer service was good, however I was asked if I wanted a bag for my items, I said yes...the cashier then said the bag would cost .15cents, I of course don't mind paying for my items, but I refuse to pay for a bag.

Customer service is garbage. I can’t believe we can wait in line and not even get acknowledged. Maybe the girl was new who knows but common sense isn’t so new.
