don't order 2-hour delivery! the delivery person cancelled their commitment and we weren't contacted at all. store packed order, but didn't bother calling or e-mailing to let us know it wasn't being f%%king delivered. customer service promised to refund the tip because we picked it up instead and didn't.

530pm place locked up, but tvs are on, no employees in sight, says place closes at 7pm no note or anything. Sucks to drive all the way there just to see the store shut down. Change your hours or show up to work!

Stock is low a lot of manic panic colors aren't carried. Customer service was excellent even w a nasty and difficult shopper. Not me. Some woman who just wanted to make a scene.
