I'm a licensed nail tech. I was in a pinch and just needed to grab a couple things. WHAT A RIP OFF. These prices are ridiculous! I can't believe this place is still in business!? $20 for monomer?! 4oz?! I'll reschedule my client before wasting money at this place, what a shame

My motivation to write this review was mostly to offer my praise to Audrey, who is so sweet! I’m trying to tone my ombré hair because it’s gotten brassy. I attempted with some TikTok and YouTube guidance but was mostly unsuccessful. I went back to Sally’s today and explained what I was wanting to Audrey. She didn’t just show me what product would work best, but also took her time explaining why. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. I feel much more confident this go around, thanks to her guidance :)

The young lady Ashley was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. She took her time to show my what I was looking for. She has great customer service and a great personality. Its hard to find good customer service these days and im happy she helped me today. She is a asset to any company she works for. Thank you Ashley for all of your help finding what I needed.

Audrey was the absolute best!!! She took her time to answer questions (i had a LOT) and was so kind and helpful. As someone new to hair care/color, it was so nice to have someone so friendly and welcoming help me out.

Best nail clippers, poor hair detangler. They recommended a hair detangler that is expensive. Bought it. It did not work. Tried pictured detangler, too, no go.Customer service so so, too. Busy store with lines to pay annoying.Do not rely on just their advice on products. Look up items you're interested in on websites and read reviews before going to Sally's.

I don't care to come to this location, but it is the closest to my house unfortunately. I give it 3 stars because they have 95% of the products I need. They have some of the worst customer service though. The last 3 times I've gone there's been some issue. Either I haven't been greeted, haven't been helped, or I get attitude when I do ask for help. Like I'm bothering the girls working there to do their jobs. I went in tonight and the girls there greeted me, but didn't come from behind the counter. I looked by myself at priducts not sure what to get while they had a whole conversation. They could use a serious refresher course in customer service.

I had the best service from Sylvia! I went from black to blonde and my hair was a mess. She knew exactly how to fix it and the best conditioner. The color came out Perfect. She truly saved my hair. She exceeded Excellent Customer Service. Thank you! Tami M.

I don't come in here often - and there's actually a good reason for that. It's because everything I buy here is BUILT TO LAST, period. My husband bought a razor for his face three years ago. Still works like new. I bought a Straitening iron five years ago. Still works like new. Both were a little expensive, but we definitely got our money's worth out of it. Don't be cheap and go to Wal-Mart or Target only to buy something that breaks within weeks. Make the investment to get something that was made to work here at Sally's Beauty. Can't remember the name of the helpful gal who was working there, but all the employees there are equally helpful. Thank you!!

12 February 2022Went in W/O my brain, seriously! andAndAND the name of the product, left the empty sample at home PLUS I left my phone in the our truck, where I had researched where to find said product. ... to put the cherry on the cake ?? the product line, One and Only, had just changed their packaging so I didn't recognize it ?. ... phew & take a breath ??Butttt ALL of the ladies were so very nice, professional, helpful, pleasant, kind, had patience. ...which I needed dearly because my PTSD was about to kick into overdrive.Yes,they had the product.Yes, a lovely young lady walked me where it was & asked me many questions as to what I was looking for in it so that I would be hopefully satisfied with my purchase.If not, there are SPECIFIC guidelines on the back of the receipt that I can read n understand clearly.Thx for a wonderful experience ?

DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! If I can give 0 stars I would simply for their lack of abilities to do a task as easy as a return. Not only this, but the complete and blatant rudeness is what upset me the most. Backstory is easy to understand: bought 2 large $25.99 each shampoo and conditioner 4 days ago (using a card and gave my sally's account connected to my number) I ended up having a bad allergic reaction to them hence a return. I call Sally's Beauty a day before I decide to do a return and ask about their return policy because I lost the receipt and wanted to know if I can get money back via original payment or settle with store credit. I called and they reassured me that as long as they can look up my store history and I have my card with me they can do a full refund. I go in and they immediately tell me they can only give me store credit and they express it in a condescending way saying, "I don't know where you heard this policy", "I don't know who you talked to, you can come back tomorrow cause the person I spoke with is not in" etc. BASICALLY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. The lady with the pink hair then spoke with another lady and asked, "what should I do?" I then overheard the 2nd lady that I'm assuming is a manager say, "I don't care, we are not doing it." DESPITE THE RUDENESS AND LAZINESS, I called another Sally's location and asked their store policy and thankfully a store manager answered and basically explained that I was right and they can't deny me a return. I tell this to them and they are shocked in disbelief either that or shook they got caught up. The lady in pink says, "well we now have to contact a store manager" I tell them to go ahead and finally she tells me we can do the return since it's on my account history. I could've easily took my products and done the return somewhere else but I did not want to give them this satisfaction of making me feel like I was wrong. The level of customer service is very poor, I'd strongly consider getting out of customer service if this is how they handle customer requests.
