I did a send to store order with my 40% off coupon and went to pick it up. I used my card on file and I should have looked at the receipt before I left because they charged me full price. I'll never be using the card on file option again, thieves. Now they tell me they can't return any money unless I physically go in and bring my card. You can take money from me while I'm not there but not give it back?

I went in to get a few things, and the worker was extremely rude. At check out She was rushing and was doing everything with such a bad attitude. Made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that you're trying to do shipment but you don't have to be rude. Overall just horrible customer service she had red hair.

Highly recommended! This store is always organized and helpful!! And super Nice!!!!!The staff is so patient and helpful! Very grateful and appreciated the help when I had a problem with my salon centric credit card, they went above and beyond to help me! Thank you ladies for being so patient and helpful!!! Especially to the girl that helped me figure things out!! You know who you are!! Thankful for awesome customer service!

I have been shopping there for over 10 years now. The company is really going down tHe hill. The products are getting really expensive they are charging $.25 per plastic bag now it's not worth shopping there anymore and there's no advantage of being a licensed cosmetologist I'm done

I'm a hair stylist and, i have a salon I love this store the customer service is great my concern. Is this those people salon centric make us pay for the plastic bag that Make me really really be sad because is I spend $400 and more and you make me pay for the plastic bag.for me that is not fair.

Love this location. Marisol & Carlos are always super helpful! There is another girl there that's also really sweet that's new but I can't remember her name, I believe she has freckles n short hair. Super cute. But everyone is beyond nice when I come in this location. For the people who are saying they aren't, it's because they are probably entitled and think everyone is here to wait on them hand & foot. Yea it's their job to provide good service, but they aren't here to serve you color on a silver platter. Get in, get what u need, ask the necessary questions, get out, & shut up.

Very unfortunate that this store will not honor a price that they stocked wrong on the shelf also they dont do rain checks do to the product being sold out while featured in the monthly ad. My options were to make a special order at a min. Of $30 or drive around town to another store to locate my items. But they did take my name and # to call me when in stock .......however if it did not arrive before the sale was over then they would not honor the price for me.ive worked retail before and i know both of these things are wrong.you dont put the customer out and inconvenience them.bottom line they should have honored the price for stocking item improperly also honored the price for me when it finally did arrive when ever that may be. Bad buisness

This store has change so much. I was in today to buy some supplies and the place looks like they're going out of business there is boxes in every aisle so many boxes it made it hard to get down the aisle I had to leave my cart just to walk down the aisle, I'm talking dozens of boxes in each aisle there was stuff everywhere and nothing was put away and they were out of a lot of things I asked them if they were going out of business or moving locations and they said no, very disorganized compared to the last time I was there couple years ago such a shame. I will not be back. The Store clerk was nice.

Omg! I love buying all my products here! I even purchased a new SHAMP and COND and the clerk was so good with the return even though I tried the product already. I prefer this store over the other ones for us girls in the industry.
