INDEPENDENTLY RATED HIGH QUALITY LUGGAGE!Did browsing for a checked hard aided suitcase. The Freeform iis very popular now and gets good reviews.It comes in several colors and has a cover available for it.The salespeople were friendly and very helpful.The prices are competitive with online sites (much lower than some). Good selection of many hard and soft sided different size luggar and accessories.The store is on the south inside of the mall. See my photos for help finding the store. Easy to park, find the store, and browse with no high-pressure sales tactics.HINT: The store isn't far from a Voltar machine center of walkway. (I had to try getting my fortune told & printed by Voltar for a buck!)I recommend this store.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. I went for some luggage covers that had some but not a big selection of sizes.

I called to ask if they had a certain line in. The woman was rude. When I asked what would be a better line than what I was was asking for, she rudely repeated that she doesn't carry the line I was asking for.. Being an employee and representative she should at least be able to answer questions about the products.

Unfortunately the store atmosphere and the 2 staff were not very welcoming. It was not busy, we were specifically looking for carry-on luggage and would have appreciated some interaction. I realize it is an Outlet Store so I shouldn't except it to be a lovely shopping experience so I didn't purchase anything because I didn't get a feel good vibe which wound translate to my purchase. Sorry Samsonite.
