The store is very big. They have so many great options. It smelled a lil funky in there. My daughter likes to shop here. We usually get a 20% off coupon from donating too.

Very expensive, makes it not worth it. A non brand braising pot for $28.99, and old vase filled with olives for $19.99. Most shirts, cardigans, sweaters are $9.99. Prices throughout the store are just high for a second hand store.

I love shopping at Savers! From home essentials to planters to clothing and more, it is always good! I travel a lot and visit every Savers I can in other states! I love being able to use the rewards from the Savers club 🤩

I dropped off an SUV load of donations that I’ve been saving specifically to donate in time for the holidays. The guy who ‘helped’ me needs to find another job (short, darker skinned, Asian male). He couldn’t be bothered to help unload my SUV - he just let me do it. When I was done unloading, I told him that’s all of it. He walked away! No thank you! No screw you! Nothing! I phoned the store to let the manager know that this employee is costing them business and I was told to call back because they don’t open for 10 minutes. Then why did you answer the phone? Why didn’t you take a message and have the manager call me?
No more Savers for me. I’ll drive out of my way to donate to Goodwill, which is a not-for-profit. Savers is a for-profit business.

Came across a lot of broken items that were just priced more than they should be worth. Some great finds if you dig, though

I was patiently waiting at donations to get my coupon and a young boy with dreads rudely yelled at me to put it in the bin. I was obviously waiting for a coupon and he was such a jerk.

I was disappointed in the high prices. Even used men's swimming trunks were $10.50 & up. The staff was great and friendly

the area is clean, little to no dust
chairs to sit on near the registers
merchandise is organized nicely
self checkout
bathrooms available in the back near the electronics testing station - needs a staff member to open
there is some furniture for sale on the inside, but even more on the outside
area located nearby a gas station and fast food restaurant
overall amazing!
edit: also i forgot to mention this but the staff members are very friendly and helpful!

There is a salsa associate that helped me this morning. Her name is Jenna. She assisted me a how to use my rewards and coupons. She was so nice and very helpful. She’s very great asset to the company. Thank you so much Jenna for your help.

Very busy on Mondays. But, even with a ton of people shopping, the check-out lines went pretty fast.

Prices are getting as bad as goodwill. $13 for a small broken shelf. $8.50 for a single plate. Etc, etc. not thrift store prices
