Bridgette in fragrance (I'm sorry if I misspelled her name š¢) was amazing I went in real quick to see if they had the new kayali fragrance in travel size since I wanted to try it out before buying and she made quick and amazing effort into finding it for me. They had just received a shipment and made the effort to go retrieve it from the back for me!

Autumn was a professional in helping me out so i enjoyed the experience a lot, thank you very much. I found what i needed very fast. The other staff in the store was also helpful and patient.
Was a bit sad that after spending $$$ i didnāt receive any samples as they had just ran out.

I usually have an āokayā experience here, but my last visit was horrible. I come in looking to shop for Christmas gifts AND myself (ready to spend a lot) and I do not get greeted meanwhile other people do. Iām usually handed a basket but it took many workers eyeing me up and down until I was able to get one. I had to ASK for one btw (most of the people around me got offered one). I then ask one worker where their Dior section is at and she looks at me with the stankiest face. Another worker rushes in to answer the question for her. I never felt so discriminated against at a retail store EVER. It might be because I am a boy in makeup but that is not a valid reason. After that encounter with that lady I had to rush to the checkout line before I asked for the manager. I will NEVER go back to this Sephora! I would rather drive 30 minutes to the Summerlin location than spend any money at the Fashion Show location. The only reason iām giving it 2 stars is because the worker (singular) that did help me was very sweet.

Nicole was incredible! She expertly shade-matched me and found the perfect foundation for my mature skin. I walked into the store thinking I knew what I wanted, but after trying several products that didnāt work, Nicole introduced me to a brand I had never tried before. At 50, Iāve done my fair share of makeup shopping, but this was by far one of the best experiences Iāve ever had.

I had an incredible experience with Morgan! She went above and beyond to help me find clean, safe products for my body and skin. Her dedication to ensuring I found the best options was truly impressiveāshe even used her Yuka app to check the quality and safety of every product she recommended.

Shout out to Tania! She did a fantastic job on my makeup. I felt so pretty for my event and received a handful of compliments on my makeup. She was very sweet and made a new mamaās whole week. If youāre looking for someone to do your makeup sheās the beauty advisor for the job! I will definitely be coming back to her if Iām ever in LAs Vegas again.

I had such a bad customer service,I felt that they didnāt know how to meet the description of the kind of foundation I wanted, Nor did it seem like they new much about foundations,, not going back to this Sephora again. Never had someone take the longest to color match me and not be able to find a foundation with the description I wanted. The foundation they were recommending me did not fit to what I was looking which made me think that they donāt know much.

Iām an international visitor. I visited the store yesterday at fashion show mall in Las Vegas Friday September 27 around 6:45. The lady sold me an empty box and placed everything in the bag so I couldnāt notice that one of the expensive loose powder was removed from the box. Iām so disappointed. Dishonestā

The kindness and welcome I received at the store from every single employee was amazing. Most of all it was their patience because I had a puppy in training and I still wanted to shop around while training a puppy. Seriously all these girls were so loving, helpful, and attentive and helped calm my puppy while helping me make my selections. These girls seriously deserve a raise for being so professional and being able to multi-task with other clients so efficiently. Although I couldn't get everyone's name, Emily and Alexis helped me out so much. I came out of the store feeling very thankful that I was able to get what I was looking for without difficulty, especially with a puppy who was in training and a high volume of people. They also made checkout so easy by using mobile checkout so I didn't have to get in line with a hyper puppy. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its amazing employees. The entire staff represents this store so professionally and amazingly that I hope to see these girls the next time I go back. This store in particular has always given me the best service, recommendations on products, and attention. Truly AMAZING.

Jenny S.'s customer service today was TOP TIER! She was extremely attentive to my needs and patient with my requests. By observing me seeking out the ingredients on everything and with her experience in this field of knowledge, she helped me choose a quality based makeup remover. She hooked me up with a plethora of valuable information and also introduced me to a health conscience app that I've never used that I will probably be using regularly in the future. I had the worst possible outcome with this place. And I still paid the full price. I didn't want to make a scene about the half-good customer service. My expectations weren't quite met. I might want to go back, but not there, to a sephora in Orange County. They might do better.

Shoutout to Sarah for being the upmost angelic, girls-girl, absolutely clutch employee of all time <3 I worked with her over the phone & she was fantastic & totally above & beyond!! 10/10 would recommend!
If all customer service was like this the world would really be a better place.
