Sooo disappointing. Where the heck is the customer service? She pulls me out of line to ring me up and just dissappears. I had to go after the her, sales associate, and ask if she was still finishing my checkout. She continues to walk away with another associate saying no then completely ignoring me. I had to wait even longer back in line. I would never have made a purchase if it wasn't for my kids. I will never shop at this store again!

The sales people at this store are a joke. One left me standing and forgot when helping me pick make-up. They also seem to now nothing about dark skin and can't answer questions. I recommend that brown and black people steer clear.

I went to the Forum Shops Sephora today around noon to try two recently-launched fragrances I was notified about by their app. There were fewer customers than employees in the store at that time. I spent some time browsing for these specific fragrances while there were three employees in that area of the store with no other customers, but I wasn't asked for help once. I found one tester of what I was searching for and as I lifted it to spray, someone came near me. To help? No, they didn't speak to me. I feel like once they determined I wasn't trying to steal the tester, they were content and walked away. I left without any conversation besides the woman greeting and sadly without my new fragrances.

very disappointing experience, this evening at 8:30 p.m. we went to buy products, we stayed for 25 minutes without anyone paying attention. We tried to ask people in the store in vain and we had to ask the person who was the unhappy greeter to stop the conversation with his friend. This makes fun of us With a second individual who came to pick it up I think. I advise you against it.

The store closed early, the lady closing the store said the staff inside was overwhelmed due to short staffing. I should have left earlier to get there sooner, but closing earlier than the time listed on the web is not a great business practice. My daughter had $40 to spend, I know that is not a lot to a big company like Sephora, but it was a big deal to her to miss out on spending her money there.

Vast products. Service is okay. You definitely have to hunt people down for help, but I was happy with the associate who helped me (once I could get one).

I dont see the point in all stores having the same name when each location has different rules. I was given no choice but to receive store credit because the items were purchased at a different store. Now when I try to use the credit, I can't because it's not the same location I received the credit. Why are they all called sephora then?!
