We didn't realize they're not at the JC Penney gallery location anymore they are inside the Kohl's. Lol

Good selection, but hard to find anyone to actually help you. Most staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves than to help customers. Had an upper end makeup matched, but it turned out to be too light when I put it on. I expected better service.
