The management lied to me about my same-day delivery, stating “Oh the order has left and is on the way.” When in fact, my order hasn’t left and isn’t on the way. Now, my $40 lipstick is God knows where and I am having to call corporate to chase it down. The woman I spoke to at Miracle Mile was so rude and didn’t seem to want to help or care. I’ve been chasing this down for over 3 hours and expecting it for over 7 hours. Beyond infuriating. Do not use same day service, avoid at all costs. If you want good customer service. I definitely would avoid this location at Miracle Mile, too. They need training in customer service. What a shame.

Many products were sold out, in the huge file store 30 minutes because there was only one cashier and the other employees were doing other things, I went to exchange a product from The Ordinary, the large version for one with fewer milliliters so I could carry it in my carry-on suitcase and several times the employee told me that I should pay the difference, when that didn't make sense, she was exchanging a version with more milliliters for one with less, until after I told her several times that there must be an error, she checked with a colleague and indeed The difference she wanted to charge me should have been given to me.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sephora Las Vegas due to an employee named Ben. His attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. Instead of assisting customers, he acted as if answering basic questions was a burden. Customer service is everything in retail, and Ben clearly missed that memo. Sephora should seriously reconsider having someone like this representing their brand. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Went today 3/1/2025 with my mom. One of the workers who stood by the entrance the whole time was extremely unhelpful. She was wearing a lot of makeup but didn’t get her name , and we asked her a question about a difference in lip gloss in which she replied “Yeah those are two completely different things.” And walked away leaving our questions unanswered. Isn’t Sephora supposed to be helpful? Very unhelpful staff not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there. I don’t recommend this Sephora at Miracle Mile in Vegas. We felt very offended leaving like we were doing something wrong. This happened between 10am and 12pm. FYI I never leave reviews but the girls that work here need to check their attitude.

This guy slept at Sephora tonight for at least 45 minutes. Mall security and Caesars Casino Security could not determine who's property he was sleeping on. They don't work together. No one cares about the property here. Look at the trash next to his head. Rats are here for sure now. If you want to go shopping in Vegas go to Fashion Show Mall down the street. They have better security and a cleaner facility.

I went in and I was bombarded by to male employees very aggressively. I usually go here after work never seen these two before. So I continued to shop around and one of them approaches me and starts asking me my facial routine and what makeup i have on. So i say but i told him I’m doing an exchange for a lighter color and he tells me i have the right shade so I explained to him how i do my makeup and he starts telling meee im doing it wrong I shouldn’t be using the foundation like that blah blah and calls his other aggressive co worker over and they both start putting different brands of shdes on me and they start telling me this one works better on my skin and I should try this one instead…….LEAVE ME ALONE. I came here for an exchange IK what works for my skin i been living in my skin for 46 yrs i knw whats best for me just because your a beauty advisor dont mean you know what works for everyone. Let me shop in peace.. i think they got the hint and they started getting sassy with me. He walked aways saying good luck gurl hope you find your shade. They must be new hires cuz i never experience this here before. Had me running outta of there.

Good selection, but hard to find anyone to actually help you. Most staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves than to help customers. Had an upper end makeup matched, but it turned out to be too light when I put it on. I expected better service.

The experience I had with one of the employees here was awful. Thinly veiled contempt would be how I would describe her demeanor. I asked some questions about a particular product that I wanted to purchase i was incredibly polite and she was so brutal to deal with, I left without purchasing anything solely based on how I was treated. Thanks anyway I will order directly from the cosmetic company. I will never shop there again if that's the type of individual Sephora employs.

I had a terrible experience yesterday 10/3/24 with an employee by the name of Lani. She made myself and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. She did not greet us or ask us if we had found everything ok. I asked her if we could check our products in the bag to make sure they were complete and in good condition and she told my daughter and I that we had to pay first. We followed her instructions and while paying we asked how many points we had and she seemed annoyed and inconvinced and said we didn’t have enough points to get anything in such a disrespectful manner. In addition once we attempted to check our product as she directed, she did not give us the opportunity she rudely said next and called the next guest without giving us a minute to check our stuff. So disgusted with how she treated us. She is a bitter women that shouldn’t be in customer service.

okay so, i was wanting to buy a perfume sample bag and the free bottle of the "my choice perfume", i asked for help and got it from a different worker (who was lovely), but when i was purchasing it the lady that was serving me was being rude and not helpful, while being a international traveller and buying things we do not have in Australia, i needed help with how to get the perfume. she was making me feel like i was stupid and just giving me bad looks and also just seemed like she didnt want to be there in the first place. in Australia, customer service is like number 1 always, but here its just super iffy.

RUDE. Three female employees treated someone like garbage when he came in shortly after his credit card was stolen & subsequently used fraudulently for over $100 at this location. Even if there was nothing the employees could do about it, they could have treated him with some kindness. The employees at this location have no manners, customer service, empathy or compassion. What a disgrace! I’d never recommend anyone go to this location. The reviews speak for themselves. I wonder if they would have treated him different if they knew he was a popular YouTuber & knows all their favorite beauty influencers.

Horrible customer service, to say the least. More like mean girl minded workers with attitudes upon entry. They’ll laugh at you afterwards as well instead of helping you. They just said “have a good day” while literally laughing because they were being awful to you. They don’t check id for large purchases on stolen credit cards either. Insufferable people. If you’re vacationing, don’t go to this location.

You need to have training on customer service. Or hire young women with personalities. Seema the bar is pretty low when choosing employees. Have a great day!
