Came to the store with my daughter at opening to be greeted with a rude employee full of eye rolls (and we just walked in). Milk jelly blushes and drunk elephant products had bite marks on the products (so odd!!!). But for just opening for the day- I was disappointed in the unsanity condition of the store, yikes.

I went into Sephora looking for the Estée Lauder foundation on my day off with my mother. We had just left the hospital after visiting a loved one after they had a stroke, so honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the trip, I looked a mess and figured we’d just browse. But Luis changed that experience completely! He noticed us looking around and kindly offered to help. He let me know they had just moved the Estée Lauder section and helped me find my perfect shade. I also mentioned I needed a hydrating moisturizer to keep my makeup from looking cakey, and he recommended Dr. Dennis Gross, let me tell you, I absolutely adore him for that suggestion! My makeup has never looked so smooth and flawless. Then, while we were checking out dry shampoos, he suggested Arrowroot, and wow.. it truly gives my hair life on days I don’t wash it! 10/10 experience. Luis went above and beyond for my mom and me during a tough day, and I’m so grateful we crossed paths with him. Thank you, Luis!

I come here often and pay no attention to associates most of the time because I’ve never had a great experience inside. I’m mostly in and out since I know what I need and try not to bother any associates. But this time I was really questioning why a very popular product has not been on the shelf for a while and I’ve been visiting other locations to come and find out they’re also not in stock.
Mehling was such a delight to be around! So incredibly helpful and might I add knowledgeable! She recommended me a good alternative and pointed out great skincare products to assist me with my everyday routine. I’m hoping I run into her again soon! Her attitude was top notch and it was so refreshing getting great service during these times.

Love this location. Great perfume selection, but they need Versace. The reps are hit or miss but I'd say 2 out of 3 of them really know their stuff. Occasionally, when I switch products due to them being discontinued, they reference compatible products that work as good as my old formula. But sometimes there's not enough reps on the floor and this location stays busy.

I walked in here on 01/29 to purchase 2 gifts for 2 Birthdays. I was so excited to see all the new stuff. I get to the fragrance section and the woman there is looking in the mirror. I kindly give her a smile and ask if I can get assistance grabbing a fragrance or if I needed to go to the counter to ask for it. She rolled her eyes and didn’t even bother looking at me and said I can grab it. What do you need. Although she did grab the perfume I needed. She gave me the biggest attitude for absolutely. No reason I brushed it off. I said thank you, and I didn’t get a response. She didn’t even look at me and rolled her eyes back to what she was doing. Then I get to the checkout Area and when it is my turn, I say to the cashier hello how are you? I get no response. She looks annoyed. She rolled her eyes at me. There is a very awkward silence. She packs my stuff I pay and I say thank you so much for all your help. Again, she stays quiet and doesn’t even acknowledge anything. I understand having rude customers, but I was very nice with a smile on my face. There was no need for her to treat me this way. Or for both of them to treat me this way Sephora is not cheap so you know I spent about $400 on these gifts all to be treated like garbage.

I came here on Dec 31st around 5 PM. I asked a coworker of Mexican descent if there are any samplers/testers for the Olaplex oil. She looked at me annoyed and said: no you should read the back of the package if you use it too much it will destroy your hair so only use once a month.
Mind you, I was just asking for samplers. This was very rude. Never coming here again.

This Sephora location has some high end cosmetics and fragrance lines not available in other Sephora stores. Examples are Killian fragrances and Christian Dior make up. The sales staff are very friendly and the shopping experience is 💯. This is my go-to store for anything perfume and make up...

i came in on thursday, dec. 19, to look for last-minute gifts. the line to check out was very long, so the cashiers told us we could check out with another lady at the front. when we walked up, there were two girls holding phones, one of them, a woman with a larger build, said, 'I can help you here,' while rolling her eyes. unnecessary but i brushed it off.
as we proceeded with the transaction, i asked if i could use my points. she gave me a snarky look and said, 'what do you mean?' i replied, 'the rewards? the points? i think i have $17 on it.' she corrected me, saying, 'there's only ten dollars.' i said, 'okay, can i use them?' she proceeds to say nothing and just continue. again, rude and unnecessary.
when it was time to pay, i tried to use tap to pay, but it didn’t work at first. she gave me a confused look & attitude and asked, 'are you sure this is tap?.. tap to pay?' as if ive never used tap before. i apologize my Gold American Express couldn’t reach your outdated card reader.
finally, the transaction ended, and she said, 'have a good day,' without even looking me in the eye. whatever that service was, it was terrible. hope she has a better shift next time!

I was looking for a men’s cologne, and they suggested I try a sample package for $95. The deal was that I could take a few small samples home, try them all, and then exchange the small sample for a regular-sized cologne.
It sounded like a great idea, but unfortunately, I didn’t like any of the colognes. When I asked if I could use the $95 toward a regular cologne I did like, they said no.
They should have informed me upfront that exchanges weren’t allowed.

Insanely horrible service, Constantly outing teenagers and i saw a man dig something out a girls BACK pocket to make sure she wasn't stealing, insanely inappropriate behavior almost felt like a sign of assault. Didn't feel welcoming one bit and id recommend going to a different sephora, This one is just disrespectful.

Curbside pickup, I told exactly which parking space I was in (out the door, to the right, 3 spots and described my car) and she was just looking out the window. I had to go in to get it. So it's pay for 30 minutes of parking for 2 minutes or risk it. I risked it, but it would've been nice to have them actually bring it out.

They provide good customer service and a girl who speaks Spanish helped us.
