I just wanted to take the time to write a review for Kelly here at the sephora at downtown summerlin! She was absolutely so amazing, so helpful, she did not rush me and wanted to genuinely help me with finding the right products! I have never felt more cared for at a sephora before. Usually I am rushed and kinda brushed off because I don’t know alot of different products. Kelly was amazing and im thankful she was able to help me!

Had a nice chill afternoon shopping and dashed into Sephora to grab a Christmas gift. Waiting in long line. Always busy. Went to pay and remembered I hadnt gotten my bday gift last time. Asked the emotionless yet beautifully makeuped girl about it who gave me sigh of disgust when I told her when my bday was. I should have come in earlier and next time…. oh dear, next time, I won’t be able to get my tiny samples of make up … that only entice me to spend more there. She gave me a good talking to and more than once told me how it wouldn’t happen again. I got the dreaded “maam”.I started to over explain that they don’t have any birthday gifts left when I was at the Sephora in kohls and that my birthday was at the end of the month as in just a two weeks ago but realized she hadnt even made eye contact with me. It wasn’t that important and she could have kept it. No point. No smile no courtesy just the threat of no birthday gift for me next time and I was sent on my merry way. The reason Sephora always enticed me was the selection and people there that were excited and willing to show you new items. I’ve been to department stores where they are just snooty and dismissive. I guess they have reached that level at Sephora too. Place is now run by elite over makeuped sales snots. I imagine there are some there that aren’t like that but I’ve yet to find one in a very long time now and I’ve been shopping there for years. I get people have bad days but it shouldn’t be like that every time. Beautiful store but needs help in customer service.

I came here after going into Macys and both of the brands I was looking at they were either out of stock or didn’t have my color so I went around the corner to Sephora and the woman who helped me was really nice as well as helpful. I absolutely hate going into makeup stores… MAINLY ULTA which is where I’ve always shopped at for makeup and hair care products but after years of most of their employees attitudes being garbage and/or never getting assistance or acknowledged when I walked in I quit going there recently and tried Sephora. I seem to fair better with Sephora and their customer service generally seems to be better than Ulta. I’m not someone who wears a ton of makeup and to be fair I think a lot of it is I don’t have the slightest clue as to what I’m looking at half the time and with all the options out there I get overwhelmed and give up looking as too what might or might not work me. I literally wear foundation, concealer and mascara and call it a day. I didn’t catch the woman’s name but again she jumped in to help me which I really appreciated! As long as their customer service continues to be good i will continue to shop here. This location also definitely has a large section of products to choose from.

This Sephora location is so nice. The staff was super helpful, shade matched me 3 times and I got exactly what I wanted. I hadn’t purchased makeup in a while so I was a bit overwhelmed. Definitely get Taylor to help you!

I got great costumer service at this Sephora, as soon as I went in they where able to find me a foundation that met the description I was looking for, she right away knew and I was pretty much in and out for the store, I’ve been struggling to find a foundation that goes with my skin and here they right away found one for me.

tha manager looked at the computer for ten minutes and then said no. literally did nothing on the computer while we stood there.
get a new manager at this location.
