If I could give a minus I would. I was there yesterday looking for Dior soft blush. The employee i asked regarding the product line had no clue about Dior products and acted agitated about asking her questions. As I am standing in front of Dior, she asked if I was talking about Dior, how bizarre. She mentioned a stick blush from Dior, as I am looking at the blush another employee reached through me to view products. This particular employee was oblivious to me standing there. The employee did not say excuse me or do you need help etc. just proceeded to reach for the products. I turned around and walked out. The lack of product knowledge, lack of courtesy and rudeness is extremely surprising from personnel of Sephora.

Walked in to Sephora to shop then pick up an order I had online. I walked passed the online pick up stand they had by the entrance because I wanted to shop, the Sephora employee Delesee was saying something so I turned around and she’s like are you here to pick up an order and I said yes and before I even got another word out she’s like well the sign is right there with a deeming tone…. I just picked up my order and left. I don’t need to shop in a store if employees want to be rude. I can go some where else. Usually the employees are pretty nice, it just takes that one bad apple to ruin an experience for someone. Delesee should not be at the entrance where she is the first person for a customer to interact with, her attitude is something else.

I visit regularly for full face makeup appointments when I have events. Not at all pleased that I was charged $10 for changing my appt time within 2 min of booking. And I booked after hours so it caused 0 inconvenience to the store or the staff.

This review is for eyebrow and lip waxing services provided by Shaye. This was the best eyebrow and lip. Waxing experience I have ever had, and I have been to a few places here in town, even another Sephora. First of all, Shaye was the only person who ever washed their hands prior to the start of the service and wore gloves during. She was very thorough and at the same time made sure that I was not in too much pain. Actually, I don’t know how she does it, but when she was plucking my eyebrows and even my lip hair, I experienced no pain versus when I do it myself. I will be coming to this location specifically to have Shaye do my eyebrow and lip wax from here on out.

This is my go-to Sephora location because it's not attached to a mall and there's a convenient parking lot. I really like that I can be in and out with their in-store pick up option. They can get pretty busy and checkout can be delayed because of it but it never takes me more than 10 minutes to be in and out for a pick up order. Staff is always nice and easy to ask questions to. No complaints on that end! Overall, organized store with plenty of staff and products to choose from.

Stop making people feel as if they're stealing. Second time in this store & I felt so watched and uncomfortable. Even with a basket and no purse. Spent over 200+$ and when asked for help/suggestion I got the most driest unwelcoming answer. Yikes I won't be returning here anymore.

Literally full of people that either hate working there or hate working in general or just aren't morning people lol. Not that i needed the help but no one offered anyways and 2 people were just talking/gossiping and some guy was just making eye contact with me but avoiding me at the same time LOL once i was about to check out they had the audacity to ask if i was assisted by anyone in the store knowing damn well i wasn't LOL. Just know what you need if you come here otherwise don't bother coming if you're gonna need a color match or makeup suggestions.

Cameron was AMAZING! My Mom and I came in only looking for a lip stick and case by Fenty but Cameron helped her find a lip liner, mascara, foundation, and highlighter. Her customer service was top tier and will be going back in the future. Thank you Cameron!

Overall customer service was on par with any other Sephora. The store was fairly small in size and the product selection reflects this. The two stars is do to the plain clothes security guard who followed me through out the entire store.

Rude, worthless employees who seem like they want to do the very bare minimum. The guy at the front who's supposed to be manning the online order pickup seems like he'd rather be chitchatting with his coworkers than to actually do his job. he was incredibly rude and condescending to me and gave me dirty looks because I told him the girl who directed me upfront was extremely unhelpful. I just had to laugh, he seem like he'd rather be anywhere than in Sephora.

The one time i need help finding something they dont offer to help. Usually at the door 10 ppl ask if you need help finding anything. Today was different. The extremelyyyyyyy heavy set Mexican woman with black hair was the least helpful. I asked her for help & she literally just said "uh huh yeah" I guess i should have asked someone else who looked like they actually enjoyed their job but none of them did. This place always sucks. It gets worse n worse over time. Thanks for a huge waste of time Sephora employees.
