Ok. So I have to say: I'm sorry to Crash Champions/Service King from the bottom of my heart. It is hard to find a body shop that does excellent work and keeps it honest. When I received my vehicle back from them, many lights were on in my vehicle, and I made the assumption they had done something to my vehicle. Upon taking the vehicle to the dealership, it turns out there was a recall on another part of my vehicle that had nothing at all to do with the work they had done on my vehicle. It actually ended up being mere coincidence that the other part of my vehicle went out when I received the car back from them. I made the assumption and accused them of faulty work when, in actuality, the dealership informed me that they did really excellent body work on my vehicle. Service King/Crash Champions kept it honest the entire time, and they did a really excellent job at dealing with me even after I falsely accused them of doing something incorrectly. I truly apologize for my accusation, and I would 100% recommend this business to anyone who wants an honest body shop that does really excellent work efficiently. My car truly does look amazing! And I feel like a total Gerk. I am so sorry, and thank you for dealing really well with a crazy woman!

My advice: STAY AWAY from this Crash Champions Collision Repair Store. "Before: Service King Collision"The employees kidding you directly inside the store and on the phone too. Its unbelievable!The lady at the reception said I need to make an appointment over the phone. No Problem. I do it for next day in the morning.The same lady ask me next day again: How can I help you… Okay, I have an appointment here. Oh okay, my name is Mrs. …. and I take pictures from your car now.The lady was not able to do this yesterday and I had to go there a second time.After I received the repair estimate, the insurance company asked for a circa repair time. 1-2 Days or couple weeks or couple month. Just a number...This store was not able to gave me an answering for this simple question after three calls in total.I requested deletion of my data in their system, which was refused.Service: Body & Trim

Took my wifes car here. Was rear ended by a drunk driver 100mph. This shop said they can fix it, no problem.Dropped off the car, picked it up like so in the pictures. A lot of things wrong and car wasn't even painted, glue residue everywhere. Left the car told them it wasn't 100 percent done. Pick up the car again a second time, the car is no longer able to u turn. My wife uses the car. We return it 2 weeks later so they can address the u turning problem.Now they are saying it's our problem. And if insurance doesn't want to pay they aren't going to do free jobs.Insurance was notified and escalated to a professional department.

To say that in particular about my car would be an understatement. When I got into a light accident, not only did they take care of everything above and beyond what I had hoped for. But they kept in constant communication. And showed true professionalism, the manager noticed small defects before I took delivery of the car. He made it a point to call me up and make sure that he had some extra time to have the car repolished. They take this very seriously over there. And honestly is the only place I trust with my vehicle here in Las Vegas

For anyone thinking about using this company, I would reconsider...The day I dropped off my car with Service King on North Rancho (now Crash Champions), I was quoted a 2-3 week turnaround for the repair work. It ended up taking 6 weeks! I started checking in with Service King after the 4-week mark. Each time I called for an update there always seemed to be confusion on the status of my vehicle. I was also told "it should be ready by tomorrow", multiple times.I had to rent a car during this 6 week period of time. I expressed my frustration to Service King and asked if they would compensate me for a portion of the rental car bill for the inconvenience. The manager, Romeo, agreed to reimburse me for half of the balance. It's now been almost 4 months since Romeo made that promise, and unfortunately, I am still waiting for a reimbursement. My experience here has been extremely disappointing. I will NOT be using them again.Service: Body & Trim

Made an appointment with their call center, showed up and they stated they can not take any more cars because they are at capacity so they can not honor the appointmentContacted their call center again and they said they would set me up another appointment at another location.It is worth mentioning that they stated that they would hold on to the vehicle until they received all the parts, I asked what would happen if the parts are back ordered for months they stated they would hold on to the vehicle for months. As a result I determined that I will not do business with them.Be carefull with this franchise.

Second time using service king. There fast at repairs even faster at estimates. Got vehicle estimate done within 5 min. For military they are in network with USAA.

Ashley and Freddy were absolutely amazing and super welcoming. They were super friendly and willing to help right away even though they were almost closing for the day. It’s definitely people like them that make you want to come back to the same business and become a loyal client. Thank you to both of them

Totally the best service. Great people and they take care of the customer. Ashley at the front office is awesome and explains everything that will take place with your vehicle. Ashley is 5 stars and more and makes Service King shine even more brilliant. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you Ashley and to all the Service King crew.

I will keep putting bad reviews because they buy new ones to say they did good work! I will be calling and doing everything in my power for them to own up to their mistake for this is deceptive trade practice. We have before pictures and the manager blamed us for the damage they did to our SUV. Then when I wrote the first bad review said I didn't have to do a bad review in a veryrude way. Instead of apologizing. First time when they said it was ready had paint streaks and smears. The second they said it was ready they chipped the bumper. They painted it and a week later paint is smeared and runny very bad work! I will never go to this place ever again ! I am contacting the owner. Plus filing many complaints due to not wanting to do their job correctly the first time. I will complain until my car is done right.Services: Painting

Very bad work they damaged my vehicle and claimed it was us that damaged it. We had the prof of their fealty lie! Shame on their horrible work! The paint work they did after damaging my bumper is running and not smooth at all! The manager their is rude a real j**** I am so disappointed and disgusted by the overall work they get less then a zero rating! The job is still not done correctly after one month of unprofessional work!Services: Painting

State Farm recommended this workshop we waited 10 days for an appointment.We arrived at the appointment on time, the customer service desk, we waited for more than an hour and a half to do the paperwork.Now to deliver the keys, they tell us that the manager of the workshop does not ask us to return in 2 weeks to make a new appointment to leave the car to start repairing.Appointments are made to respect each other, it's a pity that many businesses pay to remove these bad commentsPOR FAVOR USA EL TALLER BAJO PROPIO RIESGO,NO HAY GARANTIA DE SERVICIO IMAGINA EL TIPO DE TRABAJO QUE HARAN.Service: Steering & suspension repair
