Worst customer service today never going back. Debit card didn't work at the pump went inside cashier super rude.

I proceeded to walk in and the automatic doors would not open. I was in the process of sliding the doors open by hand, and when they finally open, a female employee of green valley grocery (heavy set lady) got very rude with me and said there was a sign to ring the doorbell. Why should aby customer have to ring a doorbell at 9am. Fix the doors and stop getting rude with customers.

I went inside the station to prepay for my gas with my debit card, yet a hold was placed on my funds which caused me to be declined at another place of business. Very embarrassing! My bank told me it was because of a hold placed by SHELL. Why is SHELL taking money out of my account when I PREPAID for the amount of gas I wanted? Feels like over-reach to me.

They are the only ones with a doorbell instead of automatic doors, or too cheap to fix it, their cashiers get annoyed when customers right the bell, today at 10:40am the black cashier started complaining cause I rang the bell twice, no customer service skills at all, my companion and myself decided to leave instead, won't be coming back to face angry cashiers because Shell is to cheap to fix a door.

Was lost - in more ways than one - and went inside to ask for directions. There was a nice young woman named Blair working that night who steered me back where I needed to go and did so with a warmth and grace not fit for Sin City.She is the best of us, I hope those who work alongside her recognize that fact; those of us who walk through the door and meet her certainly do.

Went to the store today just after 12:30 pm, door was locked so I rang the doorbell as the sign instructed. Very short amount of time until the lady let us in but she was complaining very loud “Jesus f’n Christ I just had to use the bathroom how f’n ridiculous” very very rude and unfriendly. All I did was ring the doorbell and wait I don’t know what her problem was

Typical quiet night and very little interaction with the same people that you were on your last call service's at least a few years ago you were going to get the full time frame from the best of the life in a way to keep your personal information on Google Chrome OS and the same as the other online store that was unable to contact the person who had the same issue and said that you would not want to contact me regarding my financial issue with your name as the full time position in your private school program and I recently had some time on my way,,, ö..I'm sure you're here now and have been charged with the best Western for the time you use it to get a different server in your private network and you can also mezsage

I came here at 5:20pm on Monday 5/9/2022 Joy was the cashier I asked for a pack of backwoods and she asked for my ID I said okay I'm in here all the time but I will go get my id. While I'm walk-in back there is a female buying wine Joy asked for her if and the lady she ain't have it and that they only ask for her birthday Joy proceeded to sell her the wine and just took her birthday without ID. My wife stated that we weren't giving up the ID because she just sold wine to a person without id and took her word for it. Joy later stated no ID no Backwoods Justin later came and helped with the situation... YOU NEED TO TRAIN PPL CORRECTLY AND TELL THEM TO HAVE CONSISTENCY

Clerks a few months ago were awesome. Very nice. New clerks are rude and always have an attitude. I've been going here for over 2 years and gamble a lot of money away here. After getting a drink that I have always gotten for free everyone I gamble here. The guy tried to charge me for it and then chose to dump it out rather than let me have it and educate me about future visits . The guy always has a bad attitude like customers are a burden.
