Shell is a major global retailer known for providing quality motor fuels, including Shell V-Power® NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline, through approximately 12,000 stations across the U.S. Many stations are well lit at night, offering a safe environment for customers. Some locations feature electric vehicle charging stations, catering to modern needs. Shell serves around 8 million customers daily and offers savings through the Fuel Rewards® program, which provides discounts on fuel and inside the store. The staff at Shell stations are generally friendly and helpful, with some reviews highlighting efficient service, such as quick change availability from cashiers. However, some customers have expressed concerns about high prices, noting that fuel costs can be significantly higher—sometimes 80 cents or more—compared to nearby stations. Others have criticized the cleanliness of the store interiors and bathrooms, describing them as not sanitary and poorly maintained. Despite these issues, the overall experience varies by location, with some customers appreciating the well-lit environment and good management, while others suggest there are better options nearby. Shell remains a popular choice for many, especially for its rewards program and extensive presence.
This station is well lit at night, but the prices are 80 cents higher then the surrounding stations, and inside the store, it’s not sanitary, bathrooms are horrible, I don’t recommend shell to anyone, there are better stations surrounding the area

Management seems fine. It would be nice to keep the outside environment a little cleaner, and the price of gas is high compared to other gas stations. The interior of the mall is well maintained and the staff is friendly. More than $6 per gallon.
