There's a middle aged black woman with matted gray hair that always has an attitude whenever I come into the store during the night shift. I don't know what her issue is but clearly she needs classes on customer service or maybe a different shift. 2 separate occasions, this woman would address me with a sour tone and would answer my questions in a smart mouth manner.

I'm 42 and the clerk wanted an i.d. for a nicotine product, when I asked why? He said it was the law and I said, I'm 42 and and have a Grey beard. Why? And he began to lie and say it was the law. Careful going there he actually got so mad he wanted to fight, i'm never going back!

If I could give the place zero stars I would. I've been in there 3 times now. About two weeks in between each visit. The ONLY reason I go there is because it's the only place within walking distance of my house. ALL three times the cashier tried to refuse me service because HOW DARE I pay in quarters. I'm not talking about a lot in quarters. Not even 10$. 8.25$ to be exact. And it doesn't matter if they are rolled (they were) or from the bank (again they were) or loose. (They have been) BERNICE attempted to refuse service. Does BERNICE not realize she works and lives in a GAMBLING state? The first time I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day. We all have them. But then it happened two more times. Maybe she should take a class in customer service because whatever that was it wasn't customer service. Do better BERNICE.

The manager of this location is extremely rude and unapproachable on more than one occasion. when an employee especially a manager is approached with a concern of safety for the customers, it shouldn't be taken lightly. This manager waves me off and ends with rolling her eyes at the issue brought to her attention. The only reason I give any stars at all is because of her employees except for the one female who answered the phone in reference to me asking for her bosses name and refused to supply corporate number or her bosses name. (Approximately 12:40pm today)
