Beware!! They are cheating on gas. I been filling my gas here. I have a new car. It list how many mile I get with a full tank. Every time I feel here. My tank say full. But when I turn on my engine. I am 5 gallon short Everytime .

Went for air, it cost $3, but the cable is broken. Went in the store to ask for help, and they said they know it's broken but it's 3rd party and they're not responsible. No refund. If they know the air is broken, at the very least they should put up a sign that says so.

They are constantly closed for shift change. I've never been to a gas station where they close for almost an hour multiple times a day. All because the owner is too cheap to schedule an overlap of employees. Always a crowd of people outside or crowding the machines.

Michelle made the end of my very long day so pleasant!!!! She was beyond curteous and patient!!! Even opened the door for me with the kindest welcome!! We shared stories and giggled as I paid for my gas!!! I very much appreciated her compassion!! Shell, please recognize what a valuable team member you have at your location and keep her forever!!! And anyone reading this, know that you will walk out with a smile after meeting her!!!

05/10/2023 10:05pm worker is inside and won’t let anyone in the store. All pumps say to pay inside and I waved to her just to receive a dirty look back. I just want gas lady won’t be coming back again

I come at 9 they having a shift change another day I come at 11 they having a shift change come at 12 another day they having a shift change.... like what's going on seriously? just have there shift over lap by 10mins I don't understand why the store need to be closed for 20mins plus.

This place is run by rude people. It’s the worst place in Las Vegas. The lady at the cash register is horrible and the manger loves to tell people to wear a mask while he is not wearing a mask. These people are horrible people on so many levels . NEVER go here. There is another shell just up the street past Buffalo
