Fraudulent and the manager knows all about it. The buttons at the gas station are broken so when you put your card in it takes your funds and then holds them. This allows the owners of the company here and otherwise in Vegas to hold funds they don’t actually have on deposit so I’m reporting this company to the federal government for more investigation as this looks like a healthy way to take advantage of poor people sadly!

If you happen to be misfortunate enough to stop at this gas station late at night keep an eye on your account as we left the gas station after pumping $4 in gas $9 charge Go back and ask the clerk what's going on with this $9 charge she says I don't know what's your bank charged you we all know that the bank's not charging you anything and when the money doesn't come back to your card hmm something funny going on over there might be something to do with the drug deals that are going on inside

One of the nicest gas stations I've been to, not for the fact that it was clean and was a fairly safe area, but the woman who was working 8/16/23 was so nice and welcomed everyone who walked in.

You used to be able to press the right second top button to disable the annoying ads, but now it’s impossible. I’d rather be in hell for 10,000 years than have to stand and listen to ads play while I’m pumping gas.

Kinda dirty, doesn't accept credit for gas (only debit, I don't believe in using debit) so it was an inconvenience. Employee inside was friendly though.

The price at the pump is not higher than what is on the sign. It is a typical gas station and the price they advertise clearly says "cash." Most Shell stations offer a cash discount such as this. Learn to read the sign before leaving an uninformative review.

Every single time I go here to get gas, and pay with my credit card outside I wait and wait. Even when there is nobody in their store or at the pump. The last few times I have to walk in and ask them to turn it on. What was worse was I was the only car at the pump and the lady asked me which car??? I don't understand why Shell puts their pumps at the worse locations and worse service.

I like gassing up here to cash in on my Smith Fuel points. The only reason I don't want to give Shell 5 star is that the NFC reader at the gas pumps are turn off. For those who want to use Google Pay / Apple pay we need those NFC reader turn on. The pass pumps have been updated and thankfully the card reader has been updated to use the chip reader in credit cards for a more secure transaction.

Came into the store today to get a drink (October 25th at about 6pm). Norma was the cashier working that night. One of the supervisors was goiNg for his lunch. As he was walking away Norma was complaining to the customer in front of me about how she doesn't care about her job and how much her boss is an a****** and pointed to the other male walking away. Meanwhile I'm waiting in line to make my purchase. She looks at me and continues her conversation. Once I finally get to the register Norma doesn't greet me takes my candy bar off the counter and throws it at me. No joke. Scans it and tosses it so hard on the counter it comes flying at me. I was in disbelief. She then mumbles something and I clarified what she asked. She then reply's "do you want gas? This is a gas station". I told her no and if I wanted it I would've asked. Are you serious? Fire this lady, she flat out said she hates her boss and doesn't care about the job. Why keep her and make her bother the customers and mess up their day as well. I'll never be back.
