Always closed for 30 min for shift change between 930 and 10pm . Always!!!!! You're not 24 hours then.

This dude that was working today try to accuse me of using a fake driver license to buy cigarettes. He was very rude disrespectful and judgemental. Just because my driver license scanned as invalid upon me logging in to Nevada DMV and, calling the DMV there was nothing wrong with my driver license. I went to the shell right down the road the lady scanned my DL and, it was just fine. Don’t automatically assume someone has a fake driver license just because you’re system is showing invalid.You shouldn’t be working customer service either you’re RUDE and, racism towards Caucasian people didn’t help the issue either! Why didn’t you ask the gentleman behind me for his driver license? He looked like he was 12 oh wait it was because he was African American that’s why! Sickening behavior disgusting behavior and very discriminatory behavior to its core.

Pricey. Easy access parking. Clean store. Closed for 15-20 min every night around 11pm for shift change.

Pump would not take credit card. Roof had leak with water dripping at next pump right where the pump was .. not the best experience...

The few visits that I had to this location have always been with some trouble. Either the staff was rude or issues at the pump. Yesterday was my last visit here due to few reasons: 1. If you drive up to Shell on Durango and Rochelle, gas is way cheaper. $3.77 vs $3.64 and these gas stations sell the same brand gas and are 1/8 mile apart. Come on. Just looked at the receipt and the price is reported as $4.78 now??? Either someone has something wrong or is skimming money somewhere. 2. Pump are always slow. 10 minutes of pumping managed to barely pump two gallons in. 3. Screens are atrociously slow and there is not button to mute it. Forget about trying to enter your phone number for rewards. Either it needs new owners who actually want to invest some money into it and fix the things that are wrong with this station, or it should be turned into something else. With the way their pricing is, I don’t see this place last a long time.

New management. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Remaining staff still very customer orientated. Been my daily use corner store for over 3 years. I will be finding a new gas station and store for my daily visits.

These cashiers will automatically pick the most expensive way for your credit or debit card to be charged. So imagine my shock when my card kept getting denied. I went 5 blocks down the street to another shell and had no problem what so ever. Hmmm. I've been a customer there since it opened some years ago. Not anymore.

Came here to top off Gas which looked expensive but is actually priced more realistically since out of towners have said their prices at home cost way more these days. This location is clean and it was not crowded.

Attendant was telling everyone to wear a mask and he was wearing his mask correctly . Furthermore when advised by a doctor to cover his nose he refused. Happened at 1.25 pm - Saturday - 7-31-21Im never coming back

This is my go to gas station/convenience store. The manager is one of the best managers anyway. Staff is extremely pleasant and that reflects how good the manager is
