I tried to authorize my CC at the pump first by inserting it and when that failed by tapping. Tapping seemed to work but then it would not let me select the fuel grade. Normally I would try a different pump but it was unclear whether someone else would be able to use the pump after me using my card. There was no apparent way to cancel the transaction. I pressed the button to talk to the cashier and they did not respond so I went in.
They were not able to confirm my transaction was cancelled and did not want me to try another pump but instead pay inside. They pretty much indicated they knew the pump authorization was flaky and/or broken. I definitely wouldn't patron this gas station again. The Chevron across the street actually has working pumps. That's preferable over wasting time.

Air Machine does not work. Per staff Shell not responsible and you must contact the company that owns it. Unfortunately there's no number to contact. Better off donating the two dollars to charity or buying a drink inside cause you might get thirsty figuring this stuff out

The air machine is not working, I paid for the service and Shell does not refund because the machine is not operated by them. At least put a warning that is not working or service at our own risk,

I come here often and I'm always very pleased with this gas station. The gentleman Anthony at the front counter is always very attentive and professional. The atmosphere inside is great.

Super rude cashier; all I asked for was confirmation that it gave me my 5 cents off because the machine was making funny noises, and she says, "I don't know, I don't mess with that," in very rude tone, like I was in the wrong for asking. I believe Sandy is her name. Cussed out a previous customer, too.

I called to ask how much wa the gas for premium because i always pump at Shell and they didnt even know their own price. Took like 3min to give me an answer too. I thought he went to go make the gas at one point.
