I just left the station, bought a few things, I drive for a living So I need my rewards because I spend $60 a day on gas. She wanted to sit down & talk on the phone so bad and didn't want to give me my rewards But lied and said I would get my rewards. I may write to corporate. My rewards are only attached to my phone number, and I was never prompted even though I stated clear i want my rewards. I love getting ripped off by complacent workers that despise corporate policy on gas rewards & don't wanna do they job.

Very rude and patronizing manager. Put $2 in the air machine and it did not work. I asked for a refund and she said it's "got nothing to do with them." When I said you could at least put a sign on it saying it's out of order, she was like "oh ok" in a rude way. I was buying gas here every week, but never again.

The gas station is just located off of grand canyon road. Next to "the bar". There is decent amount of parking for the station. There is a green valley grocery that is connected the gas station. It is a convenience store. The store is clean and staff is nice.

The gentleman working here tonight is rude and bitter that he has to serve individuals using EBT. It is just rude to mention it loudly. That is a person's personal business and it's ridiculous for ya employee to treat people like he does.

Ive waited 11 months of mistreat to say something - but todays the day .This store makes it very clear who they want and do NOT want in their storeNot once have I ever gotten a greeting or fairwell (unless I’m too close to the door in line .. ha! )but haveCertainly heard it for othersEVERY visit I have to request a bag .. sometimes bag it myself .. EVERY time I have to request a receipt and EVERY time I feel unappreciatedI live ACROSS the street and go to a location further avoid this store unless headed to the gym one block awayToday while visiting I realized I wasn’t wanted nor respected …. I pay rent at 3300 across the street but am still using EBT due to Covid releasing me from corporate America (temporarily )Today the cashier Johnny who clearly wasn’t enthused with my presence AT ALLNot only was aggravated but felt the need to announce to another guest (who waited MAYBE 30seconds) that I was purchasing with an EBT card )I’ve been a tax payer since ALWAYSAnd have no shameBut SO unprofessionalNot onlyDo I receive plenty of discriminating hospitality at this locationBut I’m assuming management is the same because there are THREE employees I experience this fromThis review is ONLY a warningI WILL BE avidly contacting corporateWEEKLY in regards to this particular locationIt’s the ONLY location is LAS VEGAS consistent in discrimination and I’m 11 months in and sick of it .. so gross .. to think a business account holder and shopper (at LEAST4 times a week ) with the company has to avoid the most convenient location because ofHow you’re treated .It’s 2021EVERY PERSON except for native Americans COULD be this way and we choose to live our lives accepting othersThe craziest part is I’m a business professionalI’m not dirtyInhuman or a thief for that matterNot that someone “dirty” should be treated poorlyBut EVERY TIME I’ve stepped into that store for 11 monthsI FEEL dirty when I leaveMy father is a superior court judge in another stateI have strings with lawyers and reps and plan to pull them and no I’m not just sayingIn this day and age this is emotional abuseThanks for nothing

Either the cashier messed up or the guy wanting gas told them the wrong number. We pumped our gas not thinking it was prepaid. Cashier couldn't own up her mistake. My husband basically told her they screwed up. She wanted my husband to pay 20 toward with a card but we gave him the cash. Don't come here. Wont ever come to this gas station. Lots to choose from. Chevron users usually.

DO NOT COME HERE AT 10PM AT NIGHT. Apparently they do a shift change and no one can come in the store for about 10 minutes. Of course you walk in and then they tell you that you have to leave. I’ve personally watched 14 walk in, be asked to leave and they totally left. This is not good business

I want in to purchase items and was told that I have 20 minutes it's 955 on a Sunday that I cannot purchase anything for 20 minutes have to sit there and stare at the cashier for 20 minutes and can't purchase anything I'm going in to get some water some milk satra after getting gas and I have to wait 20 minutes to purchase anything high the weird something's wrong maybe they knew him better management somewhere but if you walk into a store they tell you there's 20 minutes before you can even purchase anything there something wrong

Gotta go in there now. Wow what a positive difference. I guess the NEW manager is a sweetheart. She is so nice and I want to say...Welcome to the neighborhood ... She has done a lot of nice things for some of our neighbors like ordering specific things just for me that I have to drive xrtra to get...she keeps it stocked and the bathrooms are very clean now despite her store being the end of the line for the bus. This is going to be a great place to send the kids to get stuff for you too. Very nice manager and staff. Thanks Esperanza you bring light where there was darkness
