Good place to stop in and get some gas. The pumps were clean, the area was maintained and the trash was to a minimum. Was not able to go inside and see the store, but overall good experience.

I have had 3 negative issues with Shell. I thought maybe just this gas station, but no Shell as a whole. Lets start with my first Issue at this local station.
1. I paid cash for gas months ago late at night and apparently overpaid. Okay, fine. I try to go inside and get my change and no attendant for nearly 30 mins. Same dark skin guy.
2. Last night I tried to get gas and the pump hose was tight when i went to put the pump into my vehicle and hit the wrong gas type. I am like okay the buttons wouldn’t work. Let me sit it down so the transaction can cancel. It does not cancel the transaction! It took all of my funds and did not release them. The guy at the counter said it will take a few mins then 5 mins then 30 mins and nothing. I had to pee obviously at this point late last night and “out of order” bathroom. I understand no one wants you to use a restroom in the middle of the night but when you are waiting and waiting so you can get some gas has some courtesy. Mind you I was out with my kids at 12am. We had just returned from a christmas festival and I waited to get Shell gas station- my mistake! So fast forward i keep ringing this doorbell and no one ever comes. I just go home in defeat at this time because i cannot get gas from anywhere now. No one has tried to fix my issue at this point. In the morning I call the bank they say call Shell. I called Shell only to encounter my third bad experience this year.
3. I call Shell and the representation was not even listening to me. I am trying to tell him the issue the pump cause and report it cause even though you won’t do anything in regards to the held funds my bank says you are holding- he did not even want to take the report! Hung up on me when I asked if he was listening he kept talking about the authorization not focusing on the fact there is a mechanical issue with the pump! I did take 5 minutes to myself to collect all of my sanity remaining and call back because I am beyond frustrated at this point. I called back and inform the rep everything that has happened. Asking me what I want at the end obviously report the issue. With this horrible customer service I am not even going to ask for anything but my money and taking my business elsewhere even though you’re right by my house. The statement should have been this is how I can make this situation right for you!
I have been loyal to Shell gas station nearly 15 years while mind you there are many other gas stations. I do not need to use Shell. I choose to. However being that I have had the worst experience here at this location. I am a hotel manager this is not how you treat your customers. Purchase gas with caution here.

The credit card readers at the pumps are horrible, card gets stuck everytime and I have to wait or wiggle it for like 2 minutes and for the price of their gas you would think they would at least keep the pumps maintained and updated.

I assume, because the guy was just on the phone, stareing at me doing the ' cut off ' throat gesture?
Im just baffled yet again, as to why these people there at the night shift are so wantonly rude, for a random, unknowable reasons, ( is what I find put later ) and even have gone so far as to intentionally insult me to my face. ( not referencing this time, 6 months or more ago)
Im nobody's monkey, I dont act the way they WANT me to.
Yet I maintain that I personally, have always been well behaved, and treat them as well as I wish they would treat me.
I am starting to feel very much they hate me and my kids for our appearance and racial background. All people of my background arent bad, or bad to others, for any reason. :(

My issue with this store is regarding food. I purchased a mini pizza...got it home, was dried up completely. Sad sandwich also, old and tasteless. I didn't get any receipts .... otherwise I'd have exchanged the purchases for a fresh set of food. Pizza inedible. Check the pizza b4 you sell to public.It is safe to purchase beverages.The staff is ALWAYS NICE. I do enjoy the store.

I'd say overpriced gas, but thanks to Brandon and His supporters, that's every where . But their pumps are awful, 1/2 the time credit/ debit card readers don't read, 3/4 of time no receipt available, and attendant call buttons never work. Have some pride in maintaining your business.

They have self serve and full service pumps. Pretty busy corner but they manage the traffic well. I only go here when I need them best fuel around for my classic. I wish they carried a higher octane but thier 91V is pretty good stuff
