The front clerk lady is stupid I asked three separate ways about my fuel points and she told me that it would not take them out and it did they stoled 40 cents off my gas for $10 pump if you use your fuel rewards with Smith's don't go to this location they're stupid

Google Maps says this place is open 24 hours but we stopped by at 9:58 and couldn’t pump any gas. We were paying with credit card and it told us the pumps were stopped. Can’t be 24 hours if your pumps stop before 10 pm.

Is will no longer use this Shell or any other. This Shell station just forced me to use Debit in order to pump gas. I couldn't use my credit card that gives me gas rewards. This company has officially lost my business.

Talk about killing time if the employees here moved any slower they be going backwards, Cassandra took almost 10 minutes on checkout ran the transaction twice then still had to wait while she verified my $20 bill, put it in her safe then get coin change with no consideration for people's time such a waste on time. The other male worker is always on the phone or eating aswell.

7:58pm on a Tuesday I come to get a car wash slip and the door was locked with sign that said will be back soon ring bell for service. And after like 2-3 mins she's comes and I hand her 7 dollars in quarters because I assumed the car wash took them. And she told me she's not suppose to take that many coins and looked at me like I was stupid.

Don't use this place for getting a car wash. Leaves your car spotted and the dryers don't stay on long enough to dry half your vehicle. They know there's issues with their car wash and they still will sell you a wash. No refund offers. You'll have to pay for another wash elsewhere. Stay clear.

George. Probably the best customer service I have ever received at a business. And its a gas station. He went above and beyond helping me with a propane refill and actually taught me quite a bit about propane and how we waste at least 1 1/2 gallons each "refill"I woulda never known!Sounds silly but I like learning something useful everyday if possible. Thank you George on the Sunday mid-morning shift. Totally cool guy

My Husband who is a disabled veteran and I too am disabled, went here just now, and they refused to sell us a propane tank, which was to keep us warm during 30 degree weather tonight. So they are lucky they got one star, if I could do minus I would.

Fuel pump was so slow! Had to fill up 18 a gallon it took forever to fill it up. Do not recommend to get gas here. Save you time.

The Most Unprofessional Experience Ever!!!! When I arrived I asked Greg at the cash register for $30 on pump #4 along with My Body Armor drink; I asked him if I can use my Smith's Rewards because I wanted to get cheaper gas but the incompetent employee (Greg) only rang up my 2.99 drink ; I then said I asked for $30 on pump #4 so he redid the transaction separately but while doing so I didn't put in my Smith's Rewards. He commented "oh you still get $0.10 off" which upset me because in the previous purchase I would have got $0.28 cents off per gallon if I put in my Smiths Rewards the gentleman who I called sir let me know "don't call me sir my name is Greg". I didn't understand what he was saying & I told him, I don't understand. I ended up leaving realizing Greg has poor communication skills. As I left he said, I quote "F...ing redheads". This is so unprofessional this employee does not have any customer service experience or any grace. Also when checking out he kept trying to talk to me asking me if "I was in a hurry", of course I'm in a hurry I didn't come into shell to have a conversation with you I came in to get gas & my drink. Worst Experience Ever, I'm still in shock how I was treated. Avoid Shell gas station on Windmill and the 215.

Greg the cashier should not be working with customers or with a register.. Due to his complete disrespect, attitude, and inappropriate remarks towards my loved one. Myself and my whole family will not be spending our money at this gas station/car wash from now on, which should result in a loss of thousands of dollars a month for your store. I sincerely hope the general public will see this review and steer clear from this store, as there are plenty of other options in the area. I'm sure Greg has made plenty of women uncomfortable in this store, and has already lost you money and future sales.Please consider reprimanding/terminating Greg. Feel free to reach out to me for more information on the incident that transpired today. I am considering reaching out to Shell corporation on the matter.

The night employees are beyond disrespectful and rude. Went there at 10pm and the door was locked. Okay. They had a sign that said if the door was locked, to ring the doorbell which I did. 3 of the employees were standing around the cash register and didn’t even take the time to acknowledge me or tell me why they weren’t opening the door!! Definitely don’t recommend no one to come to this gas station, especially at night time!!
