The employee July 347 I bought Tupac cigarettes. I entered my phone number to get a dollar idiot. The employee removed my phone number and charge me the full price. When I said to him I want to cancel the transaction because you removed my phone number. He that he cannot give cancelations only the manager. So he made me walk out from the store without the cigarettes. So I should come back later with the receipt.So the manager will give me the cancellation

530 pm FRIDAY NIGHT, AND you're closed down with no signage. Watched MULTIPLE customers come and leave due to being closed. CONSIDERING THE LOCATION. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

A++ store!!
I walked in and was looking for a special drink. The lady at the counter named Crystal saw me looking through the doors and the cave and asked me what I was searching for. I explained to her that it was a special drink and she helped me find it and was very courteous about it. She was so pleasant and nice about the entire experience that I came back and spoke with her about obtaining more product, she handled the situation with nothing but professionalism. What a great experience I had at this location. Meanwhile, she went above and beyond. People like Crystal, George, and Ed, make me want to go back and enjoy my shopping. I believe she has the smarts and friendliness to run her very own store. Thank you, Crystal, and thank you to Ed, who also helped me by telling me to talk to the manager -George at this store for more insight into stock. He was very helpful and also went above and beyond to help. I went back and purchased an entire case. Thank you to the entire crew. That's what I call great people skills and professionalism. Make customers happy, and your customers will return happy. Crystal, you are a true person! 👍 will definitely return again because of these people who helped. George is a terrific manager and in my first visit he was so friendly and came across as a genuine person just going above and beyond to help this very satisfied customer. He has contacted his distributor to acquire more product just for me (a customer) and I now have more of great reason to visit this truly nice and clean station. I appreciate everyone that works here and always look forward to visiting this establishment. The workers here are great and very pleasant and knowledgeable about not only their products, but their customers. Thank you Crystal, George, Ed and anyone else I forgot to mention. They are a truly fantastic Team! I will definitely be going to this place solely because of their service and friendliness. A++ Store

Fantastic place to stop when passing through Vegas. The Clerk was very friendly and even offered to clean the bathroom for me if I thought it was dirty. It wasn’t dirty at all and very clean. I drive an EV and stopped here to charge and it’s the best place to charge in my opinion: outside the city, not crowded, reliable chargers, and places to eat across the street. Great job to the Shell team! Thank you!

Touch screen pumps with full ad display. Questioner before I could pump. Went in to get drinks. Cashier was rude. Said we should have let her know we were waiting at the counter. Went to complain to person in front about the way they handed money over. Put drinks down and left

When we entered this gas station, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the latest style, which is not characteristic of the USA, and it was nice to feel like we were in Europe. But all the initial positive impressions were spoiled by an employee who openly ignored my husband who was standing and waiting for the cashier's service, when the cashier stopped drinking cola after a while and decided to come up and said "don't you speak English? and went on to pretend that he would not serve my husband. After I left the toilet room, I asked him if we could buy gasoline, to which he answered yes. When I asked what problems arose in taking money from my husband and selling him gasoline?! the person replied that he thought he was just waiting. If a person does not speak English well and is standing at the cash register with money, then I think it is not so difficult to pay attention and understand what they want from you! especially since there were no more visitors!!! spoiled mood!

I just had such a horrible guest experience with the cashier, Ed. I spent almost $100 to fill my gas tank up and I asked him for his assistance with the air machine, to fill my tire up. He told me to wait for a stranger and ask them for help. He stated he doesn't get paid to help with air and it's bad enough he has to go outside and help guests with propane, but since they pay for propane, he has to do it. I just paid for gas and the air has to be paid for, but he refused to help. His demeanor was so poor, and his - go figure it out yourself attitude- really sucks. I definitely miss the full Shell service and great customer service from the good ol' days.

Always stop here when driving through. Now, I'm definitely a Shell fan. Let me explain.Our car had been sluggish for a while and felt like it was lacking power. We always use premium fuel, usually Arco or Chevron.I've also used fuel system cleaners from Lucas.The car started kicking up engine codes P0430 and P0420, which are associated with bad catalytic converters.I was going to change out the coils, spark plugs, and O² sensors before changing out the cats.The last fill up at this station with the premium nitro+ fixed the problem, which I am assuming was a clogged injector. Leaving Vegas, I noticed the change. Power had returned around the time we hit the California line. After clearing the codes, they haven't returned (they would return daily).Now, I'm done with fuel additives and only using the nitro + from Shell, awesome stuff

Used to stop here twice a week to fill up but lately it's been closed late at night..not sure if you need to ring a bell or something but there's a guy inside. Will be trying the gas station across the street.

Shell was great. Gas was just over $5 a gallon....and they had some bomb brisket burritos and breakfast sammiches.
